Please refund my money.

I had cancelled a subscription a few minutes after I noticed it. It was an accidental subscription and I emailed asking for a refund while the payment was pending on my PayPal account. Nothing was done and instead, the payment was approved. I have emailed several times asking and requesting the said refund and nothing was done. I am deeply disappointed as this is my first time using this payment method and I was completely ignored by customer service. Again, kindly refund my money.

The absolute worst

I was told in a brief email that you take your customers seriously. I was ripped of not only once but twice. The cam models i was with either their cam didnt work or mine didnt work. The way i see it you got 50.00 dollar's from me for nothing.

Just fine - I'd appreciate you not trying to convince me not to cancel my subscription whipping out a new discount, though… If you're truly that generous, offer the extra discount at the moment of subscription and not when I'm trying to leave.
