Refunded fees on automatic renewal that were not approved. Transactions made were processed automatically, refund process was initiated properly and fees refunded accordingly.

Please refund my money.

I had cancelled a subscription a few minutes after I noticed it. It was an accidental subscription and I emailed asking for a refund while the payment was pending on my PayPal account. Nothing was done and instead, the payment was approved. I have emailed several times asking and requesting the said refund and nothing was done. I am deeply disappointed as this is my first time using this payment method and I was completely ignored by customer service. Again, kindly refund my money.

The absolute worst
