My issue was not resolved I asked for how long would it take to get my refund or if have to request it through you since I canceled my subscription and is still got charged that day

I'm still waiting on a response I was told I would receive an email on what to do regarding my issue. I received a survey instead.
I had cancelled a subscription a few minutes after I noticed it. It was an accidental subscription and I emailed asking for a refund while the payment was pending on my PayPal account. Nothing was done and instead, the payment was approved. I have emailed several times asking and requesting the said refund and nothing was done. I am deeply disappointed as this is my first time using this payment method and I was completely ignored by customer service. Again, kindly refund my money.

I purchase the membership n it comes with everything but I was wrong that they just wanted to steal my money
I was told in a brief email that you take your customers seriously. I was ripped of not only once but twice. The cam models i was with either their cam didnt work or mine didnt work. The way i see it you got 50.00 dollar's from me for nothing.
They never would accept the new charge since it had been turned down once! So I never had access to their service.
