Recharge my Token but token not credited. I had already complaint in all the motioned contact but all are saying "Please contact right Biller" Who is the Biller. I recharged token form the site.
My payment hasn't been refunded and I will have to wait until next month to see if I have actually been unsubscribed. Perhaps you could actually add contact information to the site so I wouldn't have paid for months(yes plural) of fees for something I didn't want or use

Are you sick babe to pay for a subscription and I have forgot I paid for it and totally forgot about the whole subscription, but it renewed without my knowledge. I've used PayPal but had drawn out of my account yet so I immediately went over to Segway to cancel the request I just hit a button and they did all the rest. That's all I had to do no speak to anybody no questions asked nothing. Such a easy and beautiful experience with no questions. I highly recommend this company.

I kept getting charged for a renewal for a monthly subscription, that never should have happened. I originally had an annual subscription, that I was enjoying until a few months ago and then I kept getting charged for a monthly subscription. Then I was cancelled as I tried to get it reinstated, and finally I got until the end of this month on my subscription. They never addressed my annual subscription, and now I will either have to pay again for an annual subscription or just cancel. I'm not happy with the experience, though on their behalf, they did respond quickly, though not about my annual subscription. They never addressed me having an annual subscription.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with the service. I need to cancel my subscription as I will be relocated to a country in which the law of censorship is heavily implemented. I certaionly will rejoin the site when I return.

Very fast reply on emails. Couldn't track a monthly payment on my creditcard. Transaction was tracked very fast and subscription ended. Very happy with this service.

I called several pay about a cancelation of service. For the website directed me too. The website declined to email back after contacting one of there reps. SO I called seg pay, first needed my last six of debit card, called back then needed last six and first. Four, ok I called back now they need the company on my bankstatwmt calling charging? ( oh, that's not us, gotta call your bank.) Then why keep asking for my debit card In different forms knowing I dont have the card. But I didnt tell them i had a picture. So I had the info. Mind you when I came back with the information they hung up. Avoided my calls.till they just said call your bank not us. I canceled all my trial the same day. But still was charged. So one of them or both are running a scam. Cowards of a company.
