Poor I attempted the site and kept getting messages about the payment not matching my card number then e-mailed for further assistance and my membership cancelled
I had unknown charges on my account for 2 whole years and they did nothing about it. They cancelled the service, that I never actually signed up for. I didn't get reimbursed, I was just told that the case was closed and they removed the payment.
The agent are very responsive. They answers my questions and easily tried there best to help me. I still waiting the payment refund but the action I gets is fast and I like to say Thankyou so much

I explained my problem, but my request for a refund has been ignored. I paid for two videos for $1 each for one day and canceled directly through the website. The two $1s were debited from my account, but then I was charged three larger amounts, plus another $1, for which I didn't buy anything. I simply want the money that was debited from my account back.
My experience was very good. Everyone was responsive and provided solutions. The only feedback would be to provide options to cancel/change online for a better customer experience and lower costs for you all.
