They told me to use a bank card, I used my bank card and then I got an error saying it's fraud and my account has been locked. I don't know what card to use and was not told which one I could use. So now I have to wait until they email me back from the business I was trying to pay for a membership for so they can unlock my account. I just needed to pay for my membership.
Contacted SegPay after hours to cancel an account I never used. They were quick to respond, deactivated the account within hours and sent confirmation to prove it had been done.
