First of all, the reason for me cancelling my subscription is because i subscribed to the wrong site. I was looking for Scoreland, and ended up with Scoreland2 instead. So, finding the needed information and/or button was easy, and not long after i submitted my request to leave... i got it granted, and subscription was successfully terminated. I will have no problem subscribing to another site that uses SEGPAY, that`s for sure. Nothing much else to say, other than: See you on the next site :D

The money was still withdrawn from my bank account despite a positive response from customer support.

Activated the basic package, cheated to activate the premium package, which was supposed to keep the price of 36 and last 20 days. Activated the premium package spending another 54 euros. Finally after several threatening emails I was refunded the first 36 euros. The premium subscription was supposed to expire on July 5th, instead today July 1st it is no longer active. 5 days of subscription stolen.
Shameful and thieves.

I don't think segpay try enough to ensure that there customers are paying money for credit on their account and segpay do not put credits in their accounts I've sent numerous emails and pictures showing that I've paid money for credits and all segpay say is it's PayPal fault or the transaction number isn't there when it is so on Monday I'm going into my bank and opening a fraud case against segpay it's only for £23.99 but it's which way I've booked treated it's disabled
