Transroommates has a real poor quality, only a few videos with poor quality, i would unfortunatelly never recommand that site to othe people.
Despite confirmed cancellation, the monthly fee is simply charged to the credit card. A complaint report was not answered. Enquiries go nowhere. Extremely poor service!
I contacted Segpay and requested a cancellation of my participation with "Reallifecam.com". I received an answer in due course with a cancellation number as a reference. Overall, I'm satisfied with the way my request was handled.

After cancellion of the site called "The Classic Porn", I didn't received the full refund of US$95.26 to my Visa Card account after applied for it about a week ago.
Now, here's a photo of information directly from my internet bank site. It have the new and old Visa Card

My card was hacked and when I went to my email it was segpay who processed the transaction. I went to the website and chatted with their customer service thinking already the worst that I won't get my money back, but Janice helped me incredibly well, detailed and prompt. Answered all my questions and processed the refund. They mentioned it would take 5-10 days but to my surprise I got most of it back the following day, then a few days after I got everything back. I would highly recommend segpay, their service is awesome. I wanna thank Janice as well for an excellent service.

My experience was poor, on April 15th a refund of 39.97 was supposed to come to my bank account from 5-10 business day and yet I still hadn't received it, the call for the refund was quite good, the lady did not hesitate to refund me my money but from then on it was just bad. I called on Sunday May 2nd 2021 and I spoke with a man who told me that the money was already refunded to me and when I told him that I didn't get the refund he told me to call my bank, so I called and when they looked through my transactions they didn't see any refund from Segpay either, so I called Segpay back and this time I spoke with a woman of whom told me that the refund was sent back to me as well. I explained that I talked to a man and everything that went on with that conversation and she sent off for customer service, now I'm just waiting for an email back of which is supposed to come within 48 hours. I don't think I should have to go through all these loops just to get my refund back.

Back and forwards without definite 1st-time resolution. You should automatically not allow a continuous debit and you should have an option for once-off payments. IN SA that Credit Agreement would not fly. Maybe someone should take this up with the SA Ombudsman anc prohibit such transactions.
The issue was not resolved. I'm passed from one person to another, and the case is never actually resolved. It may be closed, but never fixed! Don't just say it will be passed on, actually do something about it!
Did not get back to me about my refund that I could've resolved a lot quicker with just informing my bank... would not recommend going through this service, they were not helpful at all
