The website I joined (CutlersDen) did not give me a profile to look at my account and subscription info; and consequently, I was not given an option to cancel from the site directly. Instead, I had to rely on this third-party billing service to get this straightened out, which is a hassle in itself. When I initially requested to end the subscription, I was given an email telling me my info wasn't even in the system so I had to provide all this purchase info which I should not have to do. I wanna say my info was *eventually* found WITHOUT providing that info and my subscription was soon cancelled, but the fact I was originally told to go through that does not sit well with me. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops like this! CutlersDen, you are officially #cancelled.
I received the reply in 24 hours and helped me identify the charges against the sale

Seems how ever awnry I might be when I call your company, you keep a smile on your face and move forward undeterred and professional. I had my bank decline on my Adam4Adam subscription so I had to figure out when that happened & renew the subscription. You folks were very helpful even though my attitude at the moment was probably not very helpful. Thanks again!

I keep contacting you to refund my two months and you continue to charge me after I told you to cancel my subscription
I'm annoyed that the platinum membership expires if you don't maintain the base account.

Cookie cutter customer service. Canned answer for every scenario.
They were able to help me in the best way possible. The only thing what is kinda weird the English of the person that helped was far from good. Even in the email that I got afterwards there were a few mistakes in English, which is annoying.
