I was refunded the day I complained about the unauthorized debit from my account.
The money actually showed back up in my account that day or the day after, only to be taken out again!?!
When I informed you about this I was told that it would take up to 10 days to show up, BUT IT HAD SHOWN UP ALREADY and then taken out again. I don't understand.
I was assured my platinum access only had to be paid for once. It had been transferred to my tiny4k membership as an earlier goodwill gesture for signing up to that site for a year. That subscription will end soon so I subscribed to tiny4k monthly. It is the same site. But Segpay never logged the change and now claim that the platinum access belonged to MyVeryFirstTime subscription which ended a long time ago. I'm paying twice over for a site to keep the platinum access alive but customer service do not keep a proper record of any of their changes or past customer service actions.
I can't update my Credit Card information, therefore the Payment was canceled.
Login was successful, but thre was no possibility to update Credit Card information
Segpay, together with the website in question, did everything necessary to remedy the problem and achieve speedy resolution. Fast, efficient, courteous - just what I would hope for from a well-run organsiation. I now associate their name with reliability and trustworthiness - definitely a friend.

I first paid for a year 119 dollars for Holed.com. And I had a few days of not being able to log in. Then one of you guys put my password and login and it worked Then I paid 60 dollars for teamskeet.com. I couldn't do very much I thought I had paid for a membership. Some how in trying out said Membership I tried to view a video and I was charged another 119 for an upgrade. When I sent a message that I wasn't buying an upgrade. That 119 dollars was given back and any half Membership that I have now 179 dollars invested says membership expired. So I don't really like any of these memberships. I do appreciate that you guys answer when I put a message request. I've spent almost 200 dollars. And I have no access to anything

From what I've seen they have done nothing to remove my card information to prevent futher purchases. Starting to sound like a ripoff.
My ticket was dealt with within a few hours and my refund processed on the same day.

Spoke and emailed representatives who indicated that a cancellation was initiated because card had expired. When attempted to provide the updated card they directed to just sign-up again (which cancelled my grandfathered pricing and reduced my access.) Backwards policies and unable staff.
They were very helpful, processed a refund without issue and issued it promptly. I can imagine they have many complaints around the service of the website I subscribed to.
