It's been very difficult! This is my second time trying to log in to cum4k. First time a few months ago. It failed: i was told that maybe i needed Google Chrome instead of Safari. And i needed to get a cell phone to receive a confirmation code. Neither of those was required this time, but i'm getting bills & then you gave me some refunds. And Epoch is involved somehow. Was that the box that i failed to uncheck this time? I sent an email to cancel that immediately, but i got a bill for 52.84 from them & yesterday i got another bill for $13.43 with no name attached. This is very troubling & it may cause me to cancel my Visa Virtual Debit Card. Can you help at all?
