Believe me they are stealing your money
Couldn't pay for upgrade due to a bug in the payment form. First line of defence, "reboot, clear cache" without looking at the problem. Was then told it was nothing to do with Segpay and to contact the web dept. Like I know who/where they are? It was your payment site. You should have fixed the prob.
I had no idea why I was being charged $20 a month, I suffered severe injuries and had not been online for months. I assumed it was a certain site. Segpay (Abigail) researched and it turned out it was a site I visited once in April. The site had no notification that you had to pay $20 per month to use it, it was a horrible site anyway that's why I didn't return.
Abigail was very helpful and I will no longer be charged a monthly fee, thank you!

It has now been ten days since I provided screen shots of my credit card statement showing these charges and I have received neither a credit back to my account or an explanation as to what these charges were for.
So no, this issue has not been resolved.
I had an issue and they took care of it immediately with no problem.

I chatted with you and was guaranteed that my account for Adam4Adam would NOT be charged an annual renewal fee this year. I was just notified that Adam4Adam has indeed charged me $79.99 as of September 15,2021, for the next year. I do not authorize this charge to my Mastercard. You guaranteed that I would not be charged. PLEASE CANCEL THIS CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD AS YOU PROMISED.
I purchased in the morning at 9 am
After I got the receipt i could not log in because the provider says that they send me an email with special code
I tried it several times but I never received a mail with special code
I contacted segpay and the provider.
Segpay answered that I would get a mail with special code
In the evening (9:45 pm) the provider sent me an email from a special mail and told me that they have granted access. They said that my email provider had blocked the address from them provider
After this information I could log in
Conclusion: It took about 10 hours to solve the problem. The login procedure seems to be to compicated. Segpay answered just in time, but the answer did not help.
