Segpay.com was able to help me out much better than the website that uses them VGUYS.COM do not sign up or they will try to force charges from different websites they own plus they also have ICF EU BV as payments processing and they will force charges also.

It had been good till this month where unauthorized funds was taken from my account where o got screwed with 3 none sufficient funds for 105$ 35 x3 and issue has not been resolved and iam suffering the circumstance.

I was looking to cancel my subscription to one of your content providers and did not find a lot of helpful info on the website. The system couldn't find my user info because I paid through PayPal. It was not looking great.
But as soon as I reached out to your support, I got a reply promptly. They found my subscription and helped me cancel it. Faith restored!

Title says it all! Unable to renew my subscription, and instead of solving the issue with me like a true customer service representative normally would, nobody here took the initiative to even try to take ownership of this problem. This was not an issue with my bank, this was truly an issue on your behalf, yet it was never handled that way despite numerous attempts on my behalf explaining it that exact way. I was sent emails that were simply copied and pasted and repeated from previous emails over and over again showing their true dedication towards solving the problem!
