I REACHED OUT IN REGARDS TO ONLY RECEIVING 3 OF THE 5 REFUNDS I WAS PROMISED AND WAS TOLD IT WAS HANDLED BY A THIRD PARTY BUT GIVE NO CONTACT INFO
I wanted to access 1$ trial on black on black crime
And 34$ was removed off my card
I asked to have my subscription cancelled and they created a ticket and did it for me with if 24 hours. I appreciated the efficiency.
My cancel request was handled more fast than i spected, cause your politics says the request wiil be asnwered 48 hours after. So big surprise when i received my cancelation within few hours after i send the email.

No information returned pertinent to my complaint which was my credit card was declined for renewal of Manhunt membership however there is nothing wrong with my card and I've since used it a number of times
