I got a refund and my refund got deducted from my account because of no reason and I would like a reason for this. I spoke to 2 people in the live chat and he told me to go back to my bank and see you the reason for the deduction however my bank said they're not in control of deducting the money. I had purchased for a one week subscription however that subscription was cancelled because I did not get the privileges of the premium however I did not use the premium but my money got deducted for no absolute reason. I would like this to be sorted.

I have contacted you regarding the cancellation of two subscriptions - one subscription worth €1, the other amounting to > €100. Both were cancelled immediately after subscribing - i. E within the hour - and for both I have received mails confirming that they had been cancelled and I wouldn't be billed for them. Nevertheless my account had been charged with both subscriptions. Referring to the cancellation confirmations, I naturally asked for a refund for both subscriptions. The reaction was quite telling. While the €1-subscription was refunded without a problem, the charge for the >€100-subscription was not refunded. Quite the coincidence.

With 24 hours I received a follow-up email an-email saying that they had received my request for the cancellation... then followed by another mail that the site membership had been cancelled. I call that FAST and RESPONSIVE service.

I'm still not getting any service on Manhunt. Even though your service said the payment went through. I wish you guys would get your heads together and fix it. I'm so darn disappointed
I signed up for 1 day trial tried to cancel no one answered and I sent email but you guys still tried to collect luckily they saw you as the bull$#*! company you are and denied it. Never will I subscribe to anything $#*! you guys

So I was very surprised to find you took the money from my Bank account on the 3rd of November

Купил аккаунт на один день на сайте, СUM4K, и не увидел галочку что - автоматически оплатить на 30 дней, в итоге списалось 25 EUR. Уже подумал что деньги пропали, но хорошая и оперативная служба поддержки Segpay
