Still haven't received my money, and i said if you can't send my money back than just give me a subscription but it's too late now
I made a wrong payment due to a misunderstanding, but Segpay quickly solved the problem.
I was very satisfied with their customer service.
I was charged twice for the same website. I notified Segpay immediately. Still they took money twice. I used only one email. I must have clicked wrong spot when I entered website. I should have gotten a refund. Somehow they should know it was double charged just by looking at the same credit card used.

They saved my money back and canceld fake authorization transactions wich were made by hackers after virus attack.

I have been using the website for 10+ years and know how credit purchasing works. I went to change my payment method and all of the sudden I had $100 charge on my previous payment method. Segpay would not issue a refund and I will never do business with these shady crooks again.
