I was billed for a month of service after mistakenly attempting to cancel with the wrong payment processor. The Segpay customer support representative quickly resolved my issue and reversed the payment on my card and helped in cancelling my membership.
Ein kündigen ist nicht möglich bzw. Wird nicht akzeptiert. Im Folgemonat wurde wieder der Betrag abgezogen. Ist wird immer nach der Kartennummer gefragt auch wenn per PayPal bezahlt wurde.
