Sarah was very prompt in addressing my request for a refund as the payment was allocated to the wrong account. Sarah processed the refund within 48 hours. She was awesome as she easily exceeded my expectations - I had thought I might have difficulty getting the funds returned.

I used 2 firms of payment, both declined-there is nothing wrong with either

Either a4a or segway thinks my account is fraudulent? 99% of emails I have received are from accounts 3000-7000 miles away with no pictures, advertising other sites but I cannot put a $25.00 charge on my account to use more features?

Corrupt company

I wrote a bad review for a website that told me they would refund my subscription if I removed the review. I removed it and they did nothing. So I had the charge removed by dealing directly with my credit card company. Because the subscription was handled by Segpay they now accuse me of fraud and any website which uses them will not accept my payment. They are not to be trusted and will screw over customers without a thought.
