I have not received a confirmation for a subscription. So I can't cancel via Segpay. Have now declined payments through PayPal.

Decided to not renew my subscription. Making the change couldn't have been easier.
And they followed up with an email confirmation so I could be sure it worked as expected

I was charged twice. One via PayPal and another via Visa. I did not receive a refund. This is horrible service and the platform is mediocre at best.
