For some reason my subscription was cancelled. The day I subscribed my bank required me to confirm the transaction which I did. Soon after the site did not allow my crededials. I wrote...and received no response!

I accidentally logged into a website and they posted an ad which trying to click close apparently clicked sign up and they charged my PayPal.
I complained to the customer service and provided my information but customer service acted like they couldn't find my account.
So this company essentially stole $20 from me.
My concern was addressed immediately. Very happy with the service from segpay
