Beeing charged 1 month more of subscription because of a website bug when canceling subscription. After reaching aid from their customer service e-mail, I got a confirmation of cancellation and a refund of the extra charge.

I received a prompt reply to my question/issue, however your response triggered additional questions and clarifications, which I sent by replying to your reply but nobody got back to me!?
Do you answer follow up questions when your response triggers some?
Or do I have to start a new and formal request? Because we are not supposed to reply and ask questions from your first reply?
I didn't know how to cancel a subscription I had via SegPay, so I emailed for help. Jessica Pancho fixed this issue for me, and cancelled my subscription! I really appreciate it.

I requested the refund and they simply evaded the refund and said that until Paypal gave the resolution, which Paypal says that they must do, then they just passed the problem to each other and I am left without my money until someone deigns to solve it in Paypal now escalates it since Segpay did not want to only respond to the request sent, and I must wait to see if Paypal manages to reimburse me but in the status it appears that it is waiting for a response from Segpay to proceed...

My son used my debit card to sign up for a porn site and I called the next morning because I caught it and they refunded me and canceled it. No problem.
