I was told the day I mistakenly purchased 2 discounted $5/month sites under an old/inactive NextDoorStudies account that a refund had been processed, but they never were. When I called to request the refunds again I was told that I could not have refunds for those sites, but that I could apply the purchases to the 2 sites that I purchased after I thought I had received a refund for the wrong sites. And 10 days were added the additional month, so I am happy with the final result.

There was a billing concern in regards to an account that I don't think ever made. The person who helped me was quick-responding and very polite. I was reassured multiple times that the issue would be resolved accordingly and respictively.
