Not sure why I was even signed up for an annual membership however they quickly canceled the upcoming payment within 24 hours of my request.

Reached out because I had purchased and canceled in the same day and they wouldnt refund so I tried to login again and couldnt so very disappointed that I paid for something and cant even use it if I wanted to.
I wrote to customer service after I experienced some problems with the automatic system. They replied very quick and even after I've already solved the problem.
The funding is on a debit card and I should have the choice to use it or an option to use another card on this site

I recieved no confirmarion email for my subscribtion, i contacted the customer service 2 times but i got no Response, i want to cancel my subscribtion at the moment it is not possible, i will now contact paypal. What for a $#*!ty service!
I indicated in my complaint that I got charged for the month when I cancelled it a couple weeks prior. I obviously cancelled it again once I realized I got charged but I had already cancelled it. I've never even use the account. I cancelled it almost immediately after I started it And whoever responded just said I just paid for this month and I have until July 22 to use it and that wasn't even my concern. My concern was that I should've been charged to begin with for this month. I had already cancelled it for whatever reason it didn't go through.

This bull$#*! company stole money from me for over a year and acted like I didn't send them proof. I sent them exactly what they wanted and they continue to keep asking for stuff I've already sent.
