Erst die Drohung, die Beträge über meine Kreditkartenfirma zurückbuchen zu lassen, brachte Bewegung in die Bearbeitung.
Es wurden dann immer noch nicht alle unauthorisierten Beträge rückerstattet - aber ich bin es jetzt müde weiter auf mein Recht zu bestehen.
Ich habe jetzt meine Kreditkarte gesperrt und eine neue Karte angefordert.
