I reported a problem - I could not open the purchased page - no solution was offert. I don't know I the Payment rejected after my complaint?
They did not reinstate prior membership with credits
I wanted to update my creditcard. I was able to log in and could see all the icons. They all worked, except the last one to update my creditcard. Al I got was a white screen with in the top left corner "2023".
I tried with several browsers and on different computers but it never worked.
I was told that this was the only way to update my creditcard.
No one tells you personally how to get customers or sell your feet or that it's not good to do transactions outside of the website

I paid for a subscription that was useless to me. I found out only after paying for this subscription that I couldn't withdraw money from the account as I don't live in a country compatible with the websites company. I was told I'd receive a refund but I haven't yet and it's been a while.
I was told to you use this website by a man who used it to take money from me. I did two transactions of $100. I'm in the uk so it was £88 twice. I have proof it was through this website from my bank transactions and my pay pal. It's disgusting you won't help Refund it back to me!

I purchased units of credit; which allowed me to communicate, with women locally, who supposedly like to chat and flirt BUT Wheb I tried to get a definitive answer: they either led me farther down the road --I was asked $300.00 cash to allow me special access of some kind. They never got the 300 but I'm sure if I was to continue feeding them money; They would try and sneak a charge of 300. Bucks again.
I started a membership to Letsdoeit and didn't scroll down all the way. Long story short, I ended up with 2 extra memberships I didn't want. When I saw the charges on my card a month later, I was upset. I emailed customer support and Camille was a wonderful help! I was able to resolve my issues and the monies that were charged for the other unintentional memberships were immediately refunded. My husband and I just wanted to enjoy the fabulous movies you have. We've been together for 38 years and have always loved to watch porn together and by ourselves. I like the fact that you have films that cover a bit of everything and that they are showing beautiful women of all ages and body types. Thanks!
