Terrible. I reported an unauthorized charge and no one contacted me or asked how I knew is was bogus. The money was never refunded and instead, I recieved notice that all my other memberships were cancelled including those camcelled months ago. Nothing went to the email on those memberships bit instead, only came through the one from my PayPal account, which is different. That's how I knew it was an unauthorized charge,
