Terrible. I reported an unauthorized charge and no one contacted me or asked how I knew is was bogus. The money was never refunded and instead, I recieved notice that all my other memberships were cancelled including those camcelled months ago. Nothing went to the email on those memberships bit instead, only came through the one from my PayPal account, which is different. That's how I knew it was an unauthorized charge,

I called asking why the prices were 3X higher than Walmart and best buy. I think it's crap. Then the next day I get an invoice for over $1,200 using my account! Customer support is MIA as expected!
