Always been a pleasure buying through secret sales. The other day my order timed out which meant me having to re process it. When doing so I lost the discount 20% which was a promotion. After finalising the order I realised, when recieving an email to state (I still have the 20% option) available, but the order had already been paid for.

I sent a kind request into the customer service team and had a prompt reply from Wendy, who honoured this 20% without giving any excuses, that for me was a nice touch. Thanks again Wendy

I have used Secret Sales for a couple of years now and am never disappointed - they have great brands and new brands that are worth trying out - and the discounts are always genuine. I have bought womens' and mens' wear and household goods and have always been pleased. You may sometimes have to wait a couple of weeks for delivery (such is the nature of pop up sales) but it is worth it. Ordering is easy and I like to use the Paypal option so its also secure. I've recommended them to lots of friends, too.

Placed an order fpr a number of items, only to notice an hour later that I had an email offering 20% further off all orders.

Unable to amend an order on the website, I emailed their customer care dept. Within 15minutes, they had replied, with the discount code applied and an instruction to refund to my credit card.

Superb experience, and a very happy customer. Kudos to SecretSales and particularly Wendy in their customer care department.

At last a company that not only has excellent products, good tracking and delivery system but Secretsales also has an extremely professional and friendly customer service department who do and say exactly what they say they are going to do.
A company to be recognised and recommended to all.

Purchased a watch as a gift in December. On opening on Christmas Day it was faulty... Followed returns procedure on 30th December but it didn't get back to Secret Sales until 6th January... Telephoned on the 8th to be told refund will be 3 -5 days... Called again on the 13th to be told may get refund by the 20th but call back if not received by then... Told me to have details of return just in case I don't get refund... When I asked had they received it back the lady couldn't tell me as she wasn't in the warehouse!... I understand there may be a short delay because of Christmas and New Year but to not be able to tell me if they had received the goods back is poor customer service... I await the 20th with baited breath! Won't be purchasing from them again

Having bought an expensive whiskey as a Christmas present back in November I was told it would be sent to me between the 12-18th of December.

After receiving no email saying it was dispatched I logged into my account to see that it said the item had been dispatched on the 15th.

I emailed two days later to see if they had a tracking number and was told it would be with me within 48 hours (blatant lie) but they had no tracking number at that time?

6 days later (4 working days) and there was still no sign of my order, after numerous phone calls on different days no one could tell me where it was or what the tracking number was, who the company supplying the whiskey was or even if my item had actually been sent. This was clearly unacceptable as usually within 24 hours of using a courier you get a tracking number. Literally not one person out of about 7/8 I spoke to between phone calls and emails could tell me a single thing about my order despite the money being well gone from my account over a month before!

I order things online all the time and not once have I dealt with such a unorganized, unreliable company. It resulted in them giving me a refund the day before Christmas eve, as they still couldn't tell me a thing about my order, which wouldn't be in my account until 5-7 days later. This left me in the great position of having no Christmas present for someone and having to spend Christmas eve looking for one with extra money I simply didn't have for such an expensive present the day before Christmas. I would in no way recommend this company.
