Ordered and paid for my partners Xmas gift back in November.

Now two days before Xmas I receive an email stating "We're really sorry but we've been forced to cancel your order. Unfortunately our supplier hasn't been able to deliver the items to us to our warehouse which means we've been forced to cancel your order. Please be assured that we will refund you immediately but it may take up to 5 days for the money to be processed by your bank.

So not only are they selling products which they can't get hold of but they then keep your money until after Xmas?!?

Customer services are a joke and state "oh where sorry about that, not sure why you wasn't told sooner".

After spending a small fortune with this company this Xmas I won't be using them again!

Avoid using these clowns and go to the retailers.

I would really recommend this web site to keep in mind if you look for smth really nice and the same time want to save money. As for me I saved a lot of money during almost three years. The service is great, always helpful. Thanks a lot

Had to return a faulty handbag I had bought. Returns procedure was straight forward and hassle free and money credited to my account in a matter of days... brilliant!

I've been shopping with Secret Sales for quite a while, and so happy with the service in general.
Today was the first time that I contacted them via phone to cancel an order.
The rep (Vanessa Cunha) was so lovely and efficient, just really met the standard of service SS offer.

I telephoned customer service, Secretsales today as had introduced a friend last night who thought the site was brilliant. Unfortunately, due to network problems, I was unable to send the referral through the proper channels. Phoned up today, Monday afternoon, and spoke to an extremely helpful lady called Vanessa. I explained the situation to her and without hesitation, was happy to offer not just me but my friend the £20 each voucher for referring a friend. Isnt it great to know that you can still get this wonderful service in today's depressing world. Thank you Secretsales.

Secret Sales could show a few other companies how to do the job properly.
They have some great brands and pretty good prices, (quite often half price!)

BUT,... The mark of a TRULY good company is what they do, and how they treat the customer when things go wrong...

And this is where their customer service Excels with Superiority.

Too many companies just take your money and when there's a problem have you jumping through hoops, and just palm you off.
Not HERE. Would recommend them to all.
I will be using Secret Sales a lot more now, as they've totally got my vote!

I suggest no one buys a Hova Board from SS as the one I have is a fake, when it turns on it has a strong accented Chinese voice say 'connecting broo truth ', the starting switch fell apart and we could not turn it off. When contacting secret sales they asked me to return it to a home address ( saying this was the supplier) this address was a flat in a residential area... They have at last agreed to pick the item up, however be warned if you have bought one for you child as a Christmas present, it could possibly be a fake like this one, I beg you to open it and check!
