Purchased a Michael Kors jet set tote in August 2015, noticed that the handle had started peeling so set about contacting Michael Kors as all of their bags come with a 2 year warranty
Shock to find that secretsales are not an approved reseller and as such Michael Kors believe my bag to be fake
On contacting secretsales they told me they would give me 20% off my next purchase! Pretty much admitting that it's fake
I don't want a discount I want my £200 back so that I can go and buy the real handbag I thought I had
Not worth it for a £50 saving...

Bought a Versace 1969 bag looked good on inspection looking inside there was a label saying made in Turkey Versace is made only in Italy. There was a gold envelope inside the bag some sort of authenticity card which was stuck on by hand on the back it said with our compliments and above that the same was written in Turkish... Really how blatent is that. The dust bag was really cheap how does a company that advertises on TV and on line get away with this where is trading standards?

I ordered 3 hugo boss watches on 25-10-2016 and was suppose to recieve byb14-11-2016. On i think 6th or 7th of november staus of my watches were updated as delayed order. Since then i am chasing secretsale and everytime I get same reply Supplier hasnt come back to us about this so we dont know if you will get watches or not or if you will when it would be. They offered me to cancel the order and get the money back but please thats not the point thats not really the solution, people buy from this website because they want to save and alot people cant afford to pay full its like playing with emotions as these watches were birthday gifts for my brothers. If you didnt have watches in stock why you kept taking orders of the watches and sale was even on 1or 2 days after my order. This is hugo Boss not a local corner watch fixing company who didnt come back to you about this. Their image is on stake. Ive been a v regular customer of this website I really think i should switch to another famous website atleast they come back to customers with reasonable awnsers and dont just take orders for the sake of it. I Wish I could rate it less than 1

I recently purchased a pair of EMU boots of my usual size. Postage was £4.99. On arrival usual size was too small therefore had to be returned. No free returns label supplied by this company therefore the cheapest amount to return these was £12.98. I have spent £17.97 with nothing to show. After several emails of complaint I was advised Secretsales.com do not refund postage. I have unsubscribed to this site and suggest others do the same to ensure they are not treated unfairly and robbed in the same way.

I currently have two orders "lost" in the delivery system. It is probably the fault of the courier (Hermes) but I have been unable to get the matter resolved by SecretSales. One order has been missing 12 days and I have sent 5 emails about the problem. They go unanswered or it takes a week to get back to me. Even then they just say they'll look into it but never do anything. The next call I make will be to get a refund from my credit card provider. It seems to be the only way to get this resolved.

**Update** I now have 3 orders lost in the delivery system. They called and refunded one (writing bad reviews spurs them into damage limitation) but it's now reappeared in the delivery system. I was assured that the other 2 (lost) orders would be here within 24 hours but that was over 3 days ago. It would appear they ring you and say nice things but they never follow up and fix anything. Never again.

Brought a few products from the website due to seemingly good price. Didn't received the good on the estimated day, decided to wait for a week - got the good but missing the essential product. Asked the customer service, told it would be sent soon and they are sent as two part parcel. A couple of weeks later, still not received the good. Call again and got this rude guy who accused me of not calling earlier (which I had) and say I can't do much now. Told him I was advised that it would be sent later before then he causally say oh yes, it would be send later then. Ask him to check the order for me and he and 2 seconds later, he said again, yes it would be sent later. Waited for another week, no sign of good, so called customer service again. I have to rotate through around 4-5 persons on the same day to finally find someone who would check my order status for me (which is now more than a month late) with another accusation from customer service who in a very annoyed and angry tone said - 'I can see you have called several time and that is really not need to do this' At this point I have lost my will and can only reply - I called again as I still haven't got the answer for my missing parcel and no one is willing to check my initial order for me which is supposed to come as two part. FINALLY, a check to my initial order revealed that the other part of the parcel has been delivered on the same day but TO A WRONG ADDRESS! So all the way they are LYING about the second part would be sent soon! Horrible customer service!

I ordered a few handbags from Secret Sales as I only liked couple of them so wanted to return the rest and only had one return label as the bags were quite big so I needed another return label. I had enquired whether they can send another return label without me paying for another label.The matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently without any hassle from the advisor and sent me return label straight away to my email without any extra cost as I could return my goods on the same. Brilliant customer service. I am always happy with the goods I purchase with secret sales.

I have ordered many things from secretsales - from little bits for my children to a cartier bag for my sister for Christmas last year and everything I have received I have been extremely happy with. Even if you have a query regarding any of your orders your guaranteed to get a speedy and helpful response. Definitely will continue to order bits and bobs from secretsales. Thank you
