The package arrived opened and one item is missing. After painfully long conversations with the Customer Service, the rest of the parcel arrived after two weeks. Because the garment arrived much later than when I expected to wear it, I asked for a free return BUT THEY DIDN'T REPLIED. Again, I will contact my bank for this disservice on their behalf. They are a ridicolous and totally unprofessional company!

Horrible buisness they behave malicious is not genuine people the don't answer at email I they don't send my invoice I buy dpd return I can download the label this company is very very bad avoid them

I bought four items from this company. Three arrived really quickly and were great. One did not. Emailed the company. Quick and friendly response and I got a refund for the missing item.

Submitted an order with number of items back in March and generally you never get all in one go they always come at different time. One item never arrived and under there sight it says delivery in progress. Given it has been sometime I reached out to them to see what had happened only to find out not only I am not getting this item but also I am charged for it where they are not taking any responsibility for not delivering.

My parcel was left on the floor in the street somewhere. When I finally asked when it was arriving, they said it was delivered & I needed to fill out a form. After waiting sometime for the form. They then it was to late to do anything. As well as battling with Covid I'm now £94 out of pocket because they think its acceptable to leave a parcel just on floor. I dont have a garden or safe place anywhere.

Please don't buy from this site, waiting for my refund since last year October. After numerous emails they can't even be bothered to reply. Unfortunately they don't even have a phone number you can call. Stay away, bad experience

I bought a watch from secretsales, the watch was advertised as being an automatic and having a steel bracelet, but when I received the watch, I opened the box and the watch felt very light, so then I noticed that the bracelet was in fact plastic!? Then I noticed that on the crown of the watch there was a small piece of plastic stopping the crown going down to save the watch ticking while in storage so the battery doesn't go flat, then I thought, that should not be there when the watch was supposed to be an automatic!? So it wasn't an automatic but a quartz movement, meaning it had a battery, so there was 2 blatant lies in the advertising on secretsales!
I contacted secretsales by email and one of their call centre employees called Shev wrote back to me with the attitude of that he couldn't care less, meaning secretsales couldn't care less and took no responsibility for selling dodgy goods on their website, saying they never check the quality of the items they sell and that they don't have warehouses and everything "They sell" don't belong to them but they "sell " for other people, meaning even though they sell under their own brand of secretsales, the really exist!? In my opinion secretsales are a bunch of crooks to the way the treat their customers, or should I say, former customers! Beware!

Would give zero if i could - does not even deserve 1 star. They stole my money and never sent me my goods. I contacted them many times via email they never respond. I tried calling them and their customer representatives are mostly "unavailable". I managed to speak to 1 rep ONCE and she said that out of the 10 items in my order they could only fulfill 2. I said OK just send me my 2 products and refund the rest - she said that's been done for you now. Weeks later - still NOTHING from them. No products, no refunds, and no responses to emails or calls. This company should be reported to the authorities as they are clearly stealing customers hard earned money. Please do yourselves a favour and do not deal with this company. You'll just end up with unnecessary stress, wont receive your goods and wont receive your money back either. KEEP AWAY!

I have been a customer of secret sales for over a year, my first order was a bad experience, where I purchased a Mulberry Handbag that never arrived. After 3 months, Paypal had to refund my under their buyer protection as Secret Sales refused to take responsibility or enquire with the courier (hermes... eughhhhh).
I reordered other items as took it as a courier issue, 2 orders for my friends came by the delivery date but were minor orders under £50.
I then ordered coats at over £1000 which never arrived. They delayed and delayed the order until I decided to go back through paypal to receive a refund as they had then been holding my money for over 2 months.
I also ordered at the same time in the 50% off sale... a Fendi handbag, which was in stock and listed for days and days after my order. My order was confirmed, and tracked in to progressing order. I never recieved and it never got shipped. I called customer services a million times to resolve and they told me they had oversold and could not fulfil, but would offer 50% off another sale for me which would be sent to me 48 hours later. This never happened.
I still have 2 outstanding orders with them that have now been with them for over a month each. I am absoltuely disgusted with this, as they should have been dispatched. I have sent numerous emails, calls and complaints and NO ONE answers them. The response I got was "We're busy".
They are voiding consumer rights, and also illegally holding payments without dispatching products within 30 days of payment.
When the final 2 orders have been fulfilled, I shall be reporting to trading standards as a business like this where they quite frankly do not care about their customer service, should not be trading and taking peoples money.
