I have been (secretly) shopping for a while on your site and look forward to my updates on your new stock.
There is everything from high street stores to well known brands to hidden gems.
I normally shop online and I rate your customer service as one of the best... prompt responses, helpful with advice and hassle free returns.
I also love the fact that I am rewarded for my loyalty! I would love to share my pleasant shopping experience with my friends' & family but then my "secret would be out"!

I am a genuine shopper with Secretsales.com, I check the latest sale before I even get out of bed!
The value for money and choice is unbeatable, including Vintage designer items that you just can't find on the high street.
Their loyalty scheme is very generous and their customer care is exceptional.

The only problem is... I keep forgetting it's a Secret! I can't help but blab everytime someone notices my new bag, or shoes, or scarf, or jewellery, or dress...!

I have shopped a couple of times now with secret sales and have had no issues with them. The sizing guide is brilliant, despatch always tells you when to expect the delivery which can sometimes take a bit longer due to the sale and when it ends. Nothing has ever been late, the quality of all the goods is wow. They have always arrived on time. I am quite happy to continue with secretsales.

Dont buy any high value items from this company... ordered a watch never arrived... after several phone calls to their arrogant customer service department they kept saying it was on its way... never phoned back as promised... said was lost in the post after 3 weeks
Then they have the cheek to say it will take up to 5 days to refund my money which they will have had for over a month
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... WOULD NOT USE AGAIN

The service is very efficient. I was satisfied with my order arrived in excellent condition as expeceted. I shop on secretsale frequently for great designer things at a discounted price. Highly recommend to everyone who wants great items -different everyday.

I've been using secret sales for years now and love the products and prices, my mom and sister are also addicted to the site. Only downside is delivery can take a while but you know this when you place your order as they give u a despatch date, but it's worth the wait. I've only recently experienced a problem with delivery (down to the courier not secret sales) and I've placed a lot of orders but the customer service team resolved the issue quickly and issued refund straight away. Also love the loyalty vouchers you receive :)

Almost ONE MONTH AGO, I purchased shoes from http://www.secretsales.com/

I called their Customer Service Department TWICE and both times they PROMISED ME THEY WILL CALL ME BACK OMERA WITH SOME NEWS ABOUT THE DELIVERY "ISSUE"... THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK...(

After 10 days, I sent an e-mail to *******@secretsales.com and let them know I was disgusted with their service and I wanted my shoes or my money back... ALL I GOT was an auto-reply e-mail saying the following:

Thank you for contacting Secretsales.com. We have received your e-mail and our Customer Service team will be responding to you as soon as possible.
(...)
We hope this is helpful and again, thank you for contacting us. Well be getting back to you as soon as possible.

SecretSales NOT ONLY TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'T DELIVERED THE SHOES, BUT ALSO WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME!... And they still believe that re-founding the money is ENOUGH?

At this point I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!

From order to delivery everything was perfect. All my orders arrived before Christmas as promised and when I ordered 2 of the same item it was sorted immediately with no waiting for my refund! Thanks secret sales!

Overall, Secretsales is a good shopping site and has some very intriguing deals. I've only ordered twice from them (the second currently pending as they process the order) but with the first completed order, I didn't have any hitch.

My only gripe with them is their returns procedure. If you don't explicitly state during an order that you want a Collect+ returns label because in their own words you 'may' want to return an item, it isn't sent, so should you change your mind you have to pay exorbitantly through other means to return your order with the standard address label included on the invoice. Many people buy products (particularly those of well-known established brands) with the assumption it will be of good quality or befitting to purpose and thus not needing to be returned, so it's not exactly instinctive they will consciously select the returns label. Moreover, a vast majority of other shopping sites include returns labels in the order packages, or at least make it easy for the customer procedurally to print out a returns label [Secretsales cannot be found within the vendors list on the Collect+ site].

It would be a good idea if, by default, Secretsales included the Collect+ label with every order and the cost of the label automatically added to the overall order price. At least then there's a contingency available for the customer - at lower cost - should the customer's mind be changed and if the label isn't used, Secretsales don't lose money as the customer has already paid for the label during order.

Brilliant huge amount to choose from customer service really helpful polite and efficient all round great service.

Big brands with low cost value... Worth to spend money with. Very helpful customer service; if you have any queries, they will get back to you ASAP. Customers being valued.

Secret Sales site is a fabulous site to buy quality things. A lot of designer clothes for affordable prices. They are very reliable, trustworthy efficient in dealing with orders. There's no day I don't visit this site for a bargain.
