Good quality items and genuinely low prices.

Problem I had was not being able to return earrings which turned out to be far too big but you could not tell that from the picture. To be fair SecretSales do state that they will not take back earrings for pierced ears.

E-mailing does not get results like phoning if you do have to contact someone. Return labels are available to pre-purchase and Click and Collect can be used. If you were to have a faulty item you can be sent a return label.

Taking into account that on-line shopping does have it's difficulties as you cannot see and judge item as you would if it were in front of you, the quality of SecretSales items is really good. The prices are great too.

This site has amazing collection and at very decent prices. Delivery information emails are superb. Although sometimes the delivery can take ages but other than that no complaints.

I've used Secretsales.com quite a few times mostly for clothing from top brands at great value. On every occasion the goods have been of the highest quality and the service excellent. Yes you sometimes have to wait a while for dispatch but you wouldn't get such a great price if you didn't and secretsales are very good at keeping you informed of exactly where your goods are in the delivery process. I once had occasion to cancel an order and I wondered how this would be received. The answer was superbly. There were no quibbles or hassle just done and confirmed very quickly.

Secretsales is one of my favourite websites to shop from. They have a good range of products and a variety of sales come and go to keep it interesting without overloading. I've often found presents for girlfriends and for myself that I just wouldn't have time to look for in shops. The discounted prices are a great bonus so I can give really great presents but with great savings. The free delivery is a massive draw. I just shop as and when without trying to tie up orders to save on delivery charges. Great job SS!
