I love shopping with secret sales. They offer a great selection of products of my favourite brands and designers. The sales are very frequent and the products are pretty much current collections and the discounts are amazing. There has been many time when I found products on secret sales that I previously bought in the shop for way more money so I really appreciate the possibility to shop my favourite brands at discounted rates. Absolutely great service and fantastic choice constantly updated on their website. Highly recommended.

The website is easy to use. The size guide and product description are helpful. However the last order I made went badly wrong and took 2 months to resolve. The customer service advisers were not proactive and I had to phone daily to try and sort things out wasting hours of my time

I bought my daughter a Tanzanite ring for her 18th birthday through Secret Sales. It's supposed RRP was £540. My daughter needed it resizing so she went to a jewellers. I suggested she have it valued for insurance purposes. The jeweller came back with £25. I complained to Secret Sales and they (in particular, Andrea) were dreadful... blaming everyone but themselves and in the end stopped even replying to my emails. Dreadful and shocking service.

It was truly embarrassing to me having given this ring to my daughter on a special occasion and it was worth no more than £25.

Stay clear as you don't know what you are really getting.

Good brand variety and discounts on major brands. Delivery much cheaper and quicker than Brandalley. Thoroughly recommended.

I was a regular BrandAlley site user, then a review website recommended by a reviewer site and I haven't looked back since! An immense variety of reasonably to extremely well discounted clothing items, and have also managed to buy kitchenware, jewelry and even storage solutions for an absolute bargain. Just to put into perspective the gulf in class - the last item I ordered on BrandAlley still hasn't arrived despite me putting the order in over 6 weeks ago; in the interim I've received items ordered over 3 weeks from SecretSales that have all been successfully delivered. Vindication by example if ever there was one. And this is before we've even begun talking about the excellent loyalty points scheme, £30 for an entire years worth of delivery and items that can literally only be found on the website, it's not difficult to see why this is my favourite store in the world (not just online).

I would say to everyone to buy from secret sales. Up market goods with fantastic discounts.

I bought some Swarovski stardust bracelets. No sooner had I purchased the goods than the name Swarovski disappeared from all the paperwork. They took ages to arrive and were clearly fake (I have 2 genuine bracelets to compare them to). I returned them to the firm by recorded delivery and yet it took them nearly 2 weeks and the threat of legal action to get my money back.
Customer service CRAP LIKE THEIR GOODS

I buy very frequently from Secret Sales, they always have a great selection of stuff with new items coming on line all the time and, unlike some other similar sites, they have things in the size I actually need rather than very tiny or very large! Delivery is always within the advertised timescales, sometimes earlier, and whenever I have had to return something they keep me informed of progress and refund my money, no quibbles, promptly and efficiently. I think overall Secret Sales is excellent and has allowed me to make many purchases at fantastic discounts and on some very high-end brands. Really recommended!

Been shopping with ss a few years now, got fed up waiting on my goods for weeks, then disappointed when arrived, with color, size, quality etc, trouble having to return. They dont make the description detailed enough with clothing. Finally purchased a pair of live oliver jade earrings 49.00 pound delighted with them, wore them occassionly, then one earring broke a peice of jade off, no impact no nothing just broke, ss said it must have had some kind of impact, then 2 weeks later the other earrings sterling silver hook catch snapped in half. After a few emails complaining no reply, had to fone then send pictures, and ss said they wernt faulty, very very annoyed, of course they were, shoddy materials used. I have now unsubsribed from ss. There customer services terrible, worst ever, as others have said aarogant people!

When I first used Secretsales I thought it was great... however, when my products starting to arrive broken (if at all) and I tried to complain, customer services were rubbish. I ordered some things from their 'Mother's Day' gifts section and they have finally arrived (today), I believe Mother's Day is over! I have requested a returns label beginning of this month for previous order, and I am still awaiting. After 1 telephone call and 3 emails regarding returns label, I am now sending good back and including receipt for postage. Do not use this site, it really is rubbish. Rubbish goods, rubbish customer service and rubbish packaging!

Wrong size shoe delivered on two separate occasions very late being despatched and zero interest from the company that they have got it wrong! Twice

They should look and see how company's like the outnet work!

Returns collected at no charge
And refunds very quick
Fantastic telephone service when needed
That's a business model to emulate
