I often go on to browse the site and always ended up buying fab products. The website is easy to use, the refine facility is very useful. Easy to navigate, even on my 'phone. Love the site, totally addicted! Often fantastic brands well reduced too. I've saved an absolute fortune. Though I imagine I've spent one too! Love it.

Absoloutely brilliant! When ever i need to buy a present for someone theres always something on there thats what i need! Always plenty of choice and wide range aswell as the best discounts going on major brands. If i had more money to spend id order alot more! Thats probly the only problem i always want more than what i can afford.

I've ordered from many companies and this is FAR the worst. The first time I ordered from them was OK, so then I placed I big order. HUGE mistake. One item was cancelled at the last minute, two were supposedly delivered (never got them), I received a pair of shoes of different sizes (!), another item of the wrong colour and a designer's dress that was of terrible quality and apparently counterfeit. Their customer service can't get worse. I emailed them and got no answer. I called them and they said they would investigate it and get back to me in a few hours. A few days later and no answer. I had to call them many times and literally scream on the phone so as to get a refund. NEVER NEVER AGAIN FROM THEM.

Good range of sales at a great price, generally good at dealing with issues, only had a couple of problems with the merchants, but these have all been resolved in the end.

When I first heard about Secretsales, I was a little bit weary about it- so many online websites can nowadays drive you a little bit crazy and you really don't trust them. A fantastic site with excellent customer service. The range of items available at such good prices has enabled me to spread the cost of Birthdays and Christmas. Even better, it has encouraged me to 'step outside' the high street for fashion, which at 70 but not ready for crimplene, has been a huge bonus as well as confidence builder. They sell fabulous designers that you get on a high street at an expensive price for an amazing low price. Cheap is not the word to use because, that would make it look inferior. They are just to fabulous! I look forward every day to what they have for sale each day. Very addictive!

Love secret sales, have lots of designer bargains for brands that I would of been paying full price for. Love that they reward you with vouchers and these soon add up to give you a further discount of items. I would definitely recommend them to my friends
