I placed my order on November 13th, 2021. I have been inquiring about my order and no one has gotten back to me. I have left voicemails and also sent emails to no avail. I don't want to leave a negative review because I really can't rate the quality of the product I don't have yet. However, getting any response has been very difficult.

My rating is only related to the time and lack of communication.
This product is for our wedding and I'm glad we have a few more months before our wedding or we would be in trouble.

The website states the following "The process is quick; 8-12 business days. Shipping is usually just an additional 2-3 business days" but this has not been my experience. It has been 2 months and 11 days and I am still waiting.

I just need someone to return my call or reply to my emails regarding this matter.

I'm really amazed by the quality of the suit. I ordered the size I typically wear and both the suit and the pants are perfect. Both the fabric and tailoring quality are outstanding as well.

Overall very satisfied with the shirt! Very few houses offer high collar shirts.

The representatives that assisted me were very responsive to my messages. I was informed of the status of my order from start to finish. The professionalism and customer service was great! My order was custom fit to my husband and I still received my order faster than I expected.
