Purchased $1400.00 worth of clothes for a bachelor party in Las Vegas. None of the items ever arrived or even shipped in time for the event and we delayed and much longer than the 8-12 business days it advertises. The items never got delivered and were sent back to the company while I was away. The company lied saying they never received the items even though the tracking number and shipping company confirmed they signed for it at their location. They not only never resent my items, they also never issued a credit or refund for the order and I'm now out a little over $1400 because of it.

They offered Great service and accurate product description.

Ordered a jacket and shirt 2 months ago for my son's wedding which is out of state. Love the quality of the jacket and the shirt. Got the order and realized I had ordered the wrong shirt. I ordered the correct shirt to rush the process. They refunded the previous shirt as an exchange (which they didn't want to do). Once I received the new shirt, I realized it was completely the wrong size, so I had to send it back (at my expense, they don't pay for returns even if it's their fault). They assured me numerous times that I would have the shirt in time, even if it needed to be altered for the event. I received the new shirt and once again it's the wrong size. The sleeves are about 4" too short. Being that I now have to rush to find a new shirt at a local store they say that they won't give a refund, only a 20% discount for their mistake. I'm sure they'll still make me pay for the shipping as well. This is a very important event and now I'm having to settle for whatever I can find. Very bad experience.

Bought a full suit with a custom tailored shirt but the shirt was no where near my measurements. Received my suit on time for my party but they were very poor in communicating where my shirt was. Event was in NY I asked them to send it there only if they can get it there on time or cancel it. They sent the shirt weeks after to NY when I was already back in my home town. After a friend ships the shirt to me I reached out to them and they did absolutely nothing about it.

The absolute best customer service on the planet. The staff could not have been any more helpful and kind.

I am writing because I am greatly concerned regarding my wedding trousers as I ordered size 46 because of my body build. I am a former football player, and I must get my pants sizes bigger because of my thighs.
A size 46 is normally sufficient for my thighs, however with order it is not. They are greatly tight. It was my understanding that there "4" extra of fabric on the inside of every corner" and there is not on my trousers. I called spoke to someone within a week of placing my order and I was told that someone will call me and I never recieved a call.

I also sent a message about my bow tie and no one has contacted me regarding my request to exchage it for a neck tie of the same color of my jacket.

I am still hoping that someone will contact me.

The one shirt that did arrive was not the correct size and arrived weeks late. The other shirt that I paid for never arrived. So far no response back to my emails.

The design, quality and materials are amazing! The customer service was good as well. My only issue was the waist size of the pants. They are not standard sizes, and the website states they are True to Size. The size used is the exact circumference size of your waist. I wish it would be more clear. With that said I was able to tailor the pants to fit, but it was a close call with our deadline.

My experience couldn't have been better. From my first order till today they have taken care of my account with the utmost profession and personal, at times, hands on care. Earlier on in my purchasing I was having an issue with sizing. I was granted the privilege of a private shopping/measurement experience as I was traveling to Florida.
The styles, materials, patters and cuts are perfect.

The team at Sebastian Cruz is highly responsive to questions. The quality of the material is amazing. I brought my jacket in to be altered to my exact fit. The long time and experienced alterations specialist said "Oh! This is a nice jacket!" He said it twice. He has probably seen 1000's of jackets in his lifetime. That made me feel good knowing I picked something for my daughter's wedding that was top notched and wow'd an expert.

Having spent over $3000 I received items that were the wrong size. I sent several emails regarding as to how to get them replaced, I have been frustrated with the lack of response from the company. I have also called them several times and was told that the person that I need to speak to was not at their desk? I then called again and asked to speak to a manager to address the issue. Again I was assured that my concerns would be escalated. Two days later I am still waiting to hear from the company. One would think for the kind of money they charge, they would get right on this issue. I was sadly disappointed at the quality of the clothing and most assuredly found their response to be second rate. They request that items be returned within seven days from delivery. They also request that you get a RMA from them prior to sending back items. I received my items close to Christmas and understand that things can go awry around this time of year but this is ridiculous. They should have responded by now especially after being told that my concerns have been expedited and that someone would contact me shortly. An aside note: I do not wear belts and asked that no belt loops be on the trousers and that suspender buttons be added if they were not already. As you can guess, these concerns were not addressed since I received belt loops and NO suspender buttons. I was not aware that I had a choice between buttons and French cuff. I wanted French cuffs but was sent only one. Also asked why I was charged $44 to ensure delivery when that was not specified before I ordered. I asked about that and was promptly ignored as well.

The suit finally came 1-6-23 I order it 9-16-23. I no longer need it so I requested a refund.I am hoping for better service than the original order. The suit looks amazing. But I paid full price and its not worth $2600.00 dollars to sit in my closet.
So I hope they do the right thing.

Just okay. They advertise that the suits have 4 inches of extra fabric in the seems intentionally so that you can take your pieces to be tailored without worry. Took to the tailor there was absolutely no extra fabric in the seems.
