The Sebastian Cruz staff responds to inquiries quite quickly. The material is of astonishing quality. I brought my jacket in to have it customized to suit me perfectly. The seasoned and long-serving modifications specialist exclaimed, "Oh! He repeated himself, "That jacket is excellent. In his lifetime, he has undoubtedly seen thousands of jackets. Knowing that I chose something for my daughter's wedding that was excellent and impressed a professional made me feel good.

I originally ordered the emerald Brillo jacket, vest, and trousers for my wedding and I ordered the wrong sizes. I spoke to Natasha and addressed my concerns due to me being on a time stamp. They were able to exchange my suit and I received it promptly to still be able to get it tailored to how I want it. The only thing was they didn't have anymore fabric of the Brillo in emerald which I loved and gave me a few options to pick from. I picked the Rosa and was satisfied as it is very classy. More importantly my soon to be wife loved it. Needless to say I had a good experience regardless of the hiccups.

I ordered a suit from Sebastion Cruz. I received my order and the suit is not correct. They did not make it to my measurements or in the right color. Let me also add, I did not order a custom suit. I gave them my measurements for appropriate sizing and discussed with them that I would have the suit tailored once it was received. It was supposed to come with an extra 4in of material per the sales rep and their website. I also reached out 2 times during the making to check on an eta so I could have the final tailor scheduled. I reached out to them too many times to count over a couple days after recieving the wrong suit. No one would call me back, or reply to my messages. I reached out on all social media as well, no reply. Once I started leaving bad reviews everywhere, I finally recieved an email, but at the same time they blocked me from their social media and deleted my comments. To hide how shady of a company they are. They attempted to tell me that the suits were exactly the same and it is due to lighting. Clearly anyone with eyes can tell that these are not the same. I ordered gunmetal gray and recieved a bright silver. Definitely not the lighting. Now they will not communicate back at all. Sebastian Cruz has now stolen my money, and left me with nothing more than a Halloween costume. Instead of a suit for my wedding. This place is entirely too expensive for this level of trashy customer service, workmanship and theft. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, DO NOT BUY HERE!

Ordered navy blue pants as a groomsman in a wedding. What I got was off-color trousers with 6 inch ankle cuts. Unwearable. They don't do refunds and they deduct a 30% restocking fee when issuing a store credit. The whole biz model is designed for the customer to lose. Trousers on the LEFT are theirs. Trousers on the right are J crew. Half the price, better quality …and ACTUALLY navy blue.
