These people are a scam. Don't give them your money or you will be sorry. They make promises they can't keep. Say 12-14 day turnaround but really you won't receive it for months. Then when you say something they deflect and say you ordered while we were busy. You should just admit that you're no good at making clothes and just stop. If you don't believe me go look up reviews on the BBB website. They are known for getting called out for scamming.

Total scam artists! I spent over $2k on clothing and still never received my full order. It's been months now. Every time I contact them they completely ignore me. Not to mention, before I purchased through their site, which is glitchy as all hell (should have been a sign to not order from them), they promised me I would have no problem returning my order. That was my main concern before I ordered as I spoke with someone at their main phone number and they said no problem on returning. They've given me nothing but problems and treat me like I'm a criminal and liar.

It's come to the point that now, they won't even email or contact me back. Been several weeks and nothing from them.

I did receive some of my order and the quality of their product is terrible. Worst shirts I've ever purchased. Material is very low grade and wrinkles so easily. Nothing like Eton or other higher end brands.

They still won't fulfill my full order. It's easy for them to take your money then completely ignore and not send what you ordered. Even though they promised I wouldn't have any issues if the jacket didn't work out, I've had nothing but issues with them and now they won't event communicate with me. I filed a fraud case with my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality materials. STAY AWAY!

And get his, I tell the world my experience and they delete all my Facebook posts. They scrub there social sites from all the negative feedback so that they look like a legit company. Nothing legit about them.

I have been waiting for years for the opportunity to purchase from this company and was very exciting after saving for so long to make my purchase. I carefully did my measurements according to the video on your website. I ordered two jackets, two shirts and a pair of pants. Excitement does really cover how I felt to finally be able to do this! After ordering, I waited several months and did not receive the order all at once. The fit of the jackets was not good but the best of everything. The pants had nothing to do with any measurement that I sent and I will get the jackets altered but there is nothing to do about the pants. When the shirts finally arrived, the only thing that fit was the collar. Sleeves were two inches short and the torso was like a tent. I contacted customer service about the shirts only because they were so absurd and was initially told that since they were made to orders there was nothing to be done. I replied about that the shirts had nothing to do the measurement I provided and was told to send supporting pictures. I did and was told they would be replaced. That took several more months. I will still need to have them tailored but the sleeves are better. Your marketing is great but the customer service needs a lot of work.

Well I have purchased and have been gifted a total of 5 jackets now. All of them fit perfectly. This last one I ordered was two sizes too small. The order came in at a timely manner (I am a magician and perform on cruise ships for long periods of time) so when I got home tried it on and was bummed out that it was the wrong size. Also their return/exchange policy is a bit lacking and short. But they did send enough fabric to take it out. But matching the pattern was going to be challenging and not look right and $$$ to replace the whole back of the jacket. So this jacket will go in the archives not worth huge alteration. 🤦‍🤦‍🤦‍

It took more than a month to receive my order. The product is fine but the wait time is not.
