My overall experience was great. I ordered 3 waistcoats all a few inches too small, and Customer Support was great about helping me fix that. I was able to get free yards of fabric for 2 of the 3 waistcoats sent to me. They arrived rapidly without a hitch. Thanks SCC!

Bought a Suit for my wedding. Never came in time had to buy another suit in store. My suit came same day of my wedding but unfortunately i got married at 8am and suit came at 10am. Got here 12 days late than the time frame. They didn't want to correct it and get the suit back and give me my money back instead they told me to buy another suit of the same add SEEL so they can take give me the refund for the first order and then sebastian the refund for the second. (Something that doesnt make sense, why would i need to buy another suit to get a refund and a return label for my first order. Open a claim with my credit card but didn't get a refund because i need a return label which sebastian cruz couture never provide because they didn't wanted to correct their mistake. I even told them days before getting the order shipped to cancel it because it was too late now to get the suit and make any changes if it didn't fit me right. Short story i would never buy again from a company that wont fix their mistake and literally make me paid for something that came in late and i never got to use. Suit is still in the same box i recieve it brand new never worn. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Shoes didn't look as presented in picture. The size was a little small. Leather didn't look qu8te convincing.

The company promised the items custom fitted and on time, I sent multiple emails, even requesting a shirt with a different color than the one I originally ordered just to make sure I received the items on time for my event and none of that happened. I actually received the shirt one month and 3 days after I purchased it. Everything was extremely big and not fitted based on the measurements I provided.

Before I ordered a few items from this store, I checked the delivery time policy and it says 8-10 business days; which is not correct. I had my event on April 22nd, 2022 so I had enough time to get the items delivered because I submitted the order on March 29th, 2022. I didn't get any of the four items before my event. The first item, arrived a few days after my event. The other three items arrived the last week of June, (12 weeks later) because I contacted the store a few times; which is so disappointing. If you're willing to take the risk, go ahead. If not, avoid to order from this store.

The blazer looks ok but it didn't fit, I had to send it to tailor.
Vest and shirt are cool.

I will never shop here again. I did not receive the merchandise when I was told I would.
