Great job finding good quality seats for a great price. I couldnt be happier! This service makes buying tickets for an event like MLB opening day to be accessible for every day people.
If I couldnt get tickets when they dropped this is my go to site to still be able to go to the show. Its really awesome how easy it is to get your tickets!
Heard their ads on podcasts and finally had a chance to use them for tickets to our local NHL arena. Easy interface, quick ticket delivery. I think their algorithm for best seats may need some work. But was easy enough to navigate.
Is there a way to have the tickets go straight to your mobile device? All I found was E-print and I had to print them out and take them each time.
I thought the whole deal was that there were no fees and that ticket price was as advertised but my last purchase i had processing fees. Not the end of the world but a broken promise none the less
Hey Alexandros, thanks for sharing your feedback with us!
Like most ticket marketplaces, SeatGeek does need to have fees. We’re really sorry if that wasn’t communicated clearly to you, and if there was someplace you were specifically told we didn’t have fees, we’d like to know where so that we can make sure the right information is out there!
Our fees can vary based on the seller, but are usually a single 20% fee on the entire transaction (no hiding fees by charging some to the seller, some to the buyer, etc.) We find that this amount is pretty standard for the industry, and also just about right for supporting all the great services that we think make SeatGeek the best ticket experience out there.
That said, if you’re someone that wants to know what you’re paying right off the bat, we absolutely support that. If you’re using our website, there’s a dropdown on the top-left of each event page that you can change to say “Prices with fees”, and you won’t be caught by surprise ever again. This option is on the iOS and Android app too - from any event page, just click “Filters” and toggle the “Show prices with fees included” option.
I hope this helps to clear things up. We hope your experience with us has been otherwise smooth, and if there’s anything else you feel we should be doing to improve our offerings, please don’t hesitate to let us know!

Came here via Katie Nolan. Great app, easy to use. Love it! No complaints! I need to make this review longer, apparently... that should do it.
Love that you can see the actual seat placement when ordering, its a really easy and customer friendly platform to use. I recommend it to all my friends and family.
Tickets showed up late and I had to cancel the trip. Product was ordered Saturday and was supposed to ship 2 day, and be here Tuesday or Wed. Product has still not arrived.
Hey Chris, thanks for sharing feedback about your experience with us. We'd like to look at why these tickets weren't delivered until Thursday for you.
In general, sellers will ship tickets within about 1-2 business days of the order being received, and it then takes 1-2 business days for it to be delivered. Because we don't have any control over exactly when the seller ships those tickets or the time the delivery company may take in processing the shipment, we do not make any promises of delivery times before the order is placed. The first time we communicated that your tickets would be sent using FedEx Two-Day shipping was after the order had been placed, via an email that was sent as soon as the shipping ticket was printed and confirmed by the seller. That initial email showed that shipment information had been sent to FedEx, that the tickets would be shipped using the FedEx Two-Day service, and gave you a tracking number, but did not promise a timeline for arrival.
It looks like your order was placed late on Saturday afternoon. The seller would typically not be able to ship those tickets until Monday or Tuesday, and we would not have expected your tickets to arrive until either Wednesday or Thursday. Taking a look at our records on this, it looks like those tickets did arrive on Thursday.
While that delivery was in time for the game per our guarantee, it doesn't sound like this worked with your travel plans. I really wish that we had had a chance to assist you before those tickets shipped, as we can often help by redirecting tickets to a local address like a hotel where you will be staying. Once the tickets have already shipped, our options get very limited. I see that we tried to reach out to the seller to see if the tickets could be reissued or converted to e-tickets, but that is not always available and in this case, was not. Because the seller delivered in a timely manner before the game and to the address provided to them, we were also unable to secure a refund for you from them.
I recognize how frustrating that this situation must have been, and I'm sorry if these policies were not clear to you upon ordering. We’re always very happy to help accommodate travel plans whenever we are able. That said, it looks like that event had been rescheduled at the last minute for a day later than expected, so we truly hope you were able to use the opportunity to make use of the delivered tickets!

I made a last min purchase, wanted to go out and have some fun with my 9yr old. Lost the game but it was nice to have that option. Not to mention the seats. Super good seats for the price and on short notice.
Everything was perfect! Was a great birthday gift! Will definitely be recommending! Thanks a million!
I haven't received my tickets yet. The buying experience was simple as always. I'm used to getting my tickets as soon as I purchase. I've never had to wait before
Hey Christinia, thanks for sharing your feedback. We'd be happy to look into this for you.
Looking at your order, it looks like the seller already delivered your tickets the same afternoon as your order. It looks like we sent you an email about this on the 14th, but even if you didn't receive that, you can still access your tickets easily just by logging in and going to your "Tickets" page.
If you aren't seeing your tickets there, please email or give us a call and we'll be happy to help you get access to your order.

I recently ordered a number of tickets to Marlins and Rays games. I thought the ordering process was easy and straight-forward with being able to select seats in different available areas. I ordered through SeatGeek as it was easier than ordering through the actual team websites. My only negative comment is: I don't like the different dates when tickets are available to access. Of the 10 tickets I ordered I believe I am still waiting for 3 tickets to become available and the others were available on various dates. I know a lot of it has to do with the seller of the tickets and emails from SG notify the seller the dates the tickets are available for printing or downloading; but I am not the most patient of people. Another positive is that SG provides plenty of emails to let the customer know what's going on. Generally a very positive experience.
Got last minute tickets to the JT show for the price of one admission. Fantastic view even from the upper bowl level of the arena.
Fast and easy. I love the option to show the price including the fee so theres no unpleasant surprise.
Very simple and secure. I had no issue ordering the tickets. Ive done it in the past as I walked up to the stadiums and the tickets are available very quickly.
Seat Geek is so much better than other apps Ive used. No hidden fees, straightforward and very easy to get great tickets! I am very happy with our experience! Highly recommended!
Very easy to use, the only thing I didn't like was not being able to purchase a single ticket for someone who decided to go to a game after I had already bought a pair of tickets the day before.
Whenever I need tickets, SeatGeek is the only place I look. Never been let down. The rating system has been spot on. Definitely preferred over other ticket agencies.
Answer: Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
Answer: Hi Beth, Welcome to SeatGeek! In order to maintain our marketplace we do have fees, but we'll always show you a thorough price breakdown of your order before you can checkout. Plus, we've got options so you can actually search for tickets and see the fees included in the price from the get-go. Simply use the filter "Prices with fees" when searching for listings. You can read more about that here: https://support.seatgeek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036685293 I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions-- Best wishes, SeatGeek CX Team

Hey Cody, thanks for reaching out to us! We'd be happy to help with your question.
The short answer is: Sometimes.
The long answer is: We really want for every ticket out there to be able to be scanned on your phone, but that's not actually our call to make. Whether or not a given ticket can be scanned for entry depends on the venue itself - what kind of software, hardware, and policies they have. Some venues are totally happy with the QR codes we generate for their tickets, but if we aren't sure that you'll be able to get in, we don't want to risk you missing out on an event because you don't have your ticket printed! So, in cases where we are uncertain, we turn off our QR codes and instruct you to print your tickets instead.
We think the majority of venues out there like mobile entry and want to support it, so we hope it's only a matter of time until everyone is all caught up and you can use your tickets to get in anywhere, straight from the SeatGeek app. Until then, we'll keep giving you a heads up and telling you how to your seats with as little fuss as possible. If you ever have any questions about whether a venue will take mobile entry or not, please don't hesitate to email or call us and we'll be glad to look into it with you.
