Quick and easy... great seats! (That's all you really need to know. I'm typing more in to satisfy the survey's requirement, which is pretty silly, isn't it?)

Simple to set up account and the buying process was smooth. It was easy to select tickets and everything was as advertised.
The service is easy and convenient, however I was met with a few different issues when trying to buy my tickets:
First set of tickets I tried to purchase showed an error page, tried to purchase a new set that was then unavailable and them when logging in to view my tickets from my third attempt, to my huge surprise saw the tickets that I was informed were not able to be purchased due to error on my first attempt.
Got NCAA tickets two different days and both days the tickets wouldn't scan so we had to go to the box office we did get our tickets exact seats and they re-printed tickets for us so I'm not sure if this is seat geek's fault or the BoK Center at Tulsa
I wish they had a seat preview like SD Padres does so I could see what the view from my seats woyld be.
This site is so easy to use... either through the app or online as I've had experience with each. My first time using it was wonderful because there were no added fees, but I wasn't as happy the second time due to fees that added almost 33% to my ticket order.
I always use SeatGeek for my sports and entertainment ticket purchases. I've never had an issue. Smooth transactions every time.
The ease of buying the tickets was simple enough but we paid $10 in fees for $15 tickets. Ended up paying $50 for 2 $15 tickets.

Typed in Twins vs Indians to purchase Opening Day tickets. Instead of those coming up the August 8, came up. Immediately, we realized the mistake, but where advised that the transaction could not be stopped. Now we have to wait until 8/5, for the tickets to be released, and sell them back. Hopefully! A hassle that we do not need!
