Made my ticket purchase with ease and was a quick process. The site is user friendly and secure. I feel comfortable knowing that I have the ability to purchase event tickets and know that my information is safe.

It was very easy to search for the concert I was looking for and even easier to view available seats. Checking out was also seamless and fast!

Process was fine but the fee per ticket was ridiculous. Ticket price shown with offer was deceptive when the fee per ticket is $200 and is not disclosed from the beginning.

Getting tickets is easy and I appreciate using seatgeek, however I feel that a $28 fee per ticket is way too high.

I like it, except that you can't select more than one purchase at a time. We tried getting two areas of seating for our family so we could sit together on the same row but had to do two separate orders which caused us to lose tickets within the same row. We have a young family with a special needs child so it is important for all of us to be together.

It was my first time buying tickets for a concert and it was easy. I was kinda confused that I didn't get my tickets right away due to the the third party policy by staples center but at the end it was simple.

Had no problems with website! Purchasing and redeeming ticket was a breeze! Will definitely use Seat Geek again!
