We were looking for a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. The site is easy to use and find tickets for events. It just stinks when you get to the checkout and pay another $20 in fees.

I was able to secure last minute tickets for a great price without using scalpers! I know I can utilize this method especially when the event isn't at capacity.
Finding tickets was not very easy. I had to search for tickets using different wording 3 times before I was able to find the tickets. My checkout was fine until i realized i didn't see my tickets. I logged out and back in and still didn't see my tickets until today.

It was a Good experience, only wish there were a seat view when I ordered the tickets. It wasn't there when I ordered the tickets
Seemed to have the best deal or cheapest fees out of other ticket sites. Very fast and easy to use.
Decided last minute to surprise my husband with tickets to the Blackhawks game. I got seats on center ice six rows behind the penalty box. And the price was reasonable. My husband and his friend had a great time and that made the whole thing worth it.

It would be cool if in this view you could see the other seat prices based on where it is in the stadium.

Also, the fees are very high $10+ per ticket ($40 ticket).
The online experience was fun for my 1st time using the site, but was not aware of the cost to process tickets. Almost better to just go up to stadium or arena if you can and purchase them there.

I bought two sets of LLORCH and LROCH tickets to see a live show but the seats I got were so far in the curved area of the theater that we you couldn't see everything on right and far left depending which side we sat on. I wish I would of known ahead of time about the seat numbers but I took a gamble. I dont think the tickets deserved such a high score which is why I bought them. They were rated a 9.5 I say more like an 8.

We can definitely understand the frustrations with needing to print the tickets. Our system defaults to that when we are unsure if a venue or event takes mobile entry, some artists/teams/venues still only take physical ticket copies.
