My purchase was quick and easy. I receive the tix timely and keeping my fingers crossed that they are going to work in July
I used their service for a Christmas event and the tickets never received them so contacted them and was assured that I would receive the tickets before the event. Blamed the delay on their vendor? Day before event I finally had to call to find out they could not fill my order after telling me all week they would and of course taking my money. Unfortunately now I cant find tickets anywhere because they are sold out. I have never had this happen with StubHub or Vivid or any other service.
Easy to use app. Will definitely use aga in n should the need arise. Would also recommend to anyone adventurous that loves going to various events, games, concerts, etc.
There was no one to contact to make sure that everything was correct.
The purchase was easy but I haven't been to the shows yet... so 4 stars for ease of purchase.

I'm happy that I received discounted prices on the tix, however your fees added to those prices brought the price right back up. Disappointing!

It was easy and quick, with decent pricing. I had a problem with another company where they canceled my order because the even was supposedly canceled when it's clearly not. I hope that doesn't happen hear. If all goes well then yes, my experience was great!
Site is intuitive and easy to use but fees came in at 33+% of the ticket price, that seems pretty steep to me.

Got tickets day before concert to find out they had a mapping issue so I would sat in box section in the sky instead of 4th row on floor. Did get a full refund but was left with find for yourself on tickets to a show sold out the next day. Never again will I ise
I found the tickets I wanted at the best price available. I really like the deal score feature so that I feel like I'm not overpaying.
Too much review. Only reason we used was Bc my son suggested. Then there's the fact u make me verify a million pictures just to PAY for cheap as high school tickets

We fully understand that the verification process may be daunting, but we do have it there for a good reason. The main reason for this is to prevent bots or other intruders from pretending to be people they are not and create or use accounts of other people. This is a security measure to assure protection of these bots making mass accounts. The good news is that now that the account is made and verified you will not have to go through that process again!

I ordered tickets and they were delivered electronically in the time frame described at the time of purchase. Hopefully there will be no problems in using the tickets to gain access to the event once we arrive.
Excellent seats. I bought them at the last minute and they were immediately delivered. Super good deal for lower bowl seats!
Was really only slowed down by the multiple shows and then having to find more than one seat together. SeatGeek to the rescue again!
I have made 2 ticket purchases with seat geek and so far so good. Have not made it to the 2nd event yet as it is not until Aug 2020.
I like that school get credit for ticket sales for state football games when following a link provided by the district.
Sucks when they have you over a barrel to do what you want. There should be a base fee and not have it on a sliding scale depending on the price of the ticket. Outrageous but necessary at times.

My purchase was processed quickly, simply, and easily. I had my ticket within seconds and it was easy to see and use.
We had originally bought tickets that we were disappointed with when we got there. I looked online and found GROUND SEATS at very low. I instantly purchased them and was emailed them right away. We were showed our new seats and were in disbelief how close we ended up getting. It was the best impulsive buy Ive ever made!
