Everything we smoothly and it was great tickets for an amazing price!
I really enjoy the SeatGeek deal score feature - makes it so much easier to find the best tickets to the events I want to see. Ticket delivery has always been simple and effective.
Great deal for concert tickets!
Cheaper than Ticketmaster :)
In the year that I have purchased extra tickets for both soccer, basketball and also Patti Smith tickets, I have neither been able to resell my tickets with refund, nor have I been granted the holiday discount that promoted the Patti Smith sale.
Got on the site, picked the seat, paid, got tickets right away. I don't know how it could be any easier.
Hi Aimee,
Apologies for any confusion regarding your tickets. I do see that these were mobile transfer tickets and were sent to you via email on December 28th. Can you kindly confirm if you were able to locate the transfer email?
If not, we can get this resolved for you right away.
Warm regards,
SeatGeek CX Team
I purchased tickets, but did not receive them. Communicated numerous times with them. No tickets, and no refund. You will have to cancel sale through your credit card.
Hi Tom,
We tried to contact you via private message a few times to no response.

Bought tickets to Dear Evan Hansen. Arrived at the theatre with tickets which I'd printed as I left home (three hours earlier). Manager said they were likely fraudulent when they failed scanning as we checked into theatre. I spent ten minutes on the phone with Seat Geek to try and understand what to do, manager at the theatre finally helped me get valid printed tickets. Seat Geek did nothing and won't even refund their fee - in their view we saw the show, why am I complaining? The 10 min panicking and negotiating with theatre manager is not what you expect when you spend $1500 on tickets.
The agent finally called me as the curtain was going up to tell me the tickets had been reissued... as the tickets aren't electronic and need to be printed... not sure how that was going to happen in the lobby of the theatre. Luckily manager had already helped us... no thanks to SeatGeek.
Two rounds of writing to their support center asking to refund fees - be clear not asking for refund on tickets themselves, as we did see the show. The fee is to give you access to valid tickets and instead I had a humiliating ten minutes, I'm pretty confident that is not a normal part of the seat geek experience.
Stick with StubHub at least they have a physical site near broadway if something goes wrong.
Good seats. Cheap. What I wanted. Only negative is I had anxiety waiting 36 + hours waiting for tickets.
Hi Justin,
We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the event! Apologies for any inconvenience regarding the waiting time. Upon your order confirmation, your tickets are always reserved and held for you. For future reference, you can always see the estimated time for delivery within the order confirmation as well, as we do have to give sellers some time to fulfill orders on their end.
Best wishes,
SeatGeek CX Team
Just like every other time I've bought from SeatGeek, I got tickets for a good price and had the tickets on my phone no problem.
The overall experience was quick and easy. Just really have a difficult time stomaching the add-on fees. I went back and forth and finally went with it. Don't know about the future.
I have purchased tickets from Seat Geek twice and both times it was a good experience.
Wasn't a fan of the expensive fees but received border quickly and it worked seamlessly at the event.
Great seats and easy transaction. I was scammed on Facebook for $120 for tickets. Used SeatGeek and now I'm a happy fan.
Buying tickets was quick and easy and once the tickets are delivered online they are very accessible on the app.
Answer: Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
Answer: Hi Beth, Welcome to SeatGeek! In order to maintain our marketplace we do have fees, but we'll always show you a thorough price breakdown of your order before you can checkout. Plus, we've got options so you can actually search for tickets and see the fees included in the price from the get-go. Simply use the filter "Prices with fees" when searching for listings. You can read more about that here: https://support.seatgeek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036685293 I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions-- Best wishes, SeatGeek CX Team

Hi Niels,
Thank you for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been successful with your resale listings so far. I definitely recommend checking the Deal Score assigned to your listing to help ensure your pricing is competitive to raise your chances of a sale.
In regards to the promo code, please feel free to reach out if you're having trouble applying a promo code on an eligible order--We'd be happy to help! You can email us at [email protected], or chat in through our platform.
One quick note - Most but not all of the tickets listed on SeatGeek are promo eligible. The easiest way to see which tickets are eligible is to filter by selecting "Promo Eligible Only” via the app or changing “All Ticket Types” to “Promo Eligible” on the web. This will show you listings where that discount can be applied. Before you hit confirm on your purchase, it’s a good idea to double check that the promo is applied to your order.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions--
Best wishes,
