It took more than 15 min to confirm the purchase of the tickets even been listed as instant download. It that was really inconvenient since I bought last minute tickets. It was for a tenemos match and due to the delay I missed part of It.
I purchased my tickets and they were sent to me immediately after the transaction. This was an easy experience for me.

I ordered two Patriots-Chiefs Tickets on Seatgeek for an exorbitant $1,100 per ticket. Up until the night before kickoff, I have not yet obtained my tickets. The vendor has pulled off a complete scam and these tickets obviously do not exist. Seatgeek reps gave me the excuse that the venue is delaying release of the tickets. I called Gilette stadium directly and they confirmed with me that they have no such policy. Seat geek refused to refund me the money which would allow me to purchase tickets from a more reputable vendor. So as of now, Seatgeek has STOLEN $2,200 of my money and I have ZERO tickets. This company is committing a crime and their procedures are a complete scam. Their call center is obviously in the Philippines and their reps have no clue how to resolve issues. I have not been given the opportunity to escalate the issue to a supervisor in the US (likely because there is simply no supervisor/manager). This is a dishonest and criminal practice and I will be seeking legal avenues if they insist on not refunding my money.

After reviewing what occurred, it does appear as though the seller ran into issues with the tickets as they'd originally been sold, and we're so sorry for that. You need to incorporate actual photos from seat sections and stadiums so customers can understand how they will be viewing the game. Also, reduce your fees.

Tickets were scheduled to arrive 2 days after game. Fanex worked with us to convert the tickets to mobile. Was very confusing and took an hour. Will not use seat geeks going forward, unreliable

Had a hard time trying to convert PDF to be able to sell tickets at the stadium in AZ. Finally gave up and tried to sell the original tickets that I purchased from SeatGeek. Very frustrated, there was no copy to PDF on my IPhone.
Everything worked well and fast. E-tickets and regular tickets available. Best of all, service fees are very reasonable and can be seen before purchasing.
Tickets could not be printed at gate. Don't know if that is a stadium issue or a SeatGeek issue but it defeats the entire purpose of the App if I have to print tickets to get in. I ended up buying tickets at the ticket window to enter.
Hey Thomas, we're really sorry, but that's a venue/team policy, and unfortunately the Chicago White Sox have a strict non-mobile entry policy and they require all of their tickets be printed. We'd love it if all tickets could be scanned in right from the app (and we're hoping that'll happen in the future!) but that's not the case just yet. Seet Geek is my go to for any tickets, so easy and quick and somehow always the least expensive. I appreciate the updates. I wish the tickets came in earlier but they always still get delivered before the event.

When buying Mariners tickets, only section and row are shown. You should provide the exact seat numbers as viewing quality is highly dependent on it

It was a very easy transaction. I love the picture view of the seats and that it color codes the best and least prices.

We were searching tickets for a game in the Bronx, found them. Once the order was done and through we realized seatgeek changed it up and gave us tickets to a game wayyyyyy out of our league. Then told us we needed a 24 hour investigation even though we found the flaw within 5 minutes. I Will never use them again and will be sure everyone I know doesn't use them in the future.
