I am very disappointed that even though you claim 100% satisfaction for your covers that now that I want to return it because it doesn't fit you will charge me a 20% restocking fee, ridiculous and I won't shop with you again.

Easy to use site. I have two complaints.: the cover that came didn't match the color on the website, the cover that was delivered is a dark gray, not a light gray as shown. I live in Phoenix, AZ and a dark color in the intense sun is not good. The second is the strap that goes underneath the truck to secure the cover is too short. The cover itself seems to be made well, just hoping it holds up to our intense sun and heat.

Thanks, The cover fits very well on my 2019 Mustang convertible. I was a little disappointed that it did not have a front or back strap other than the wire connector across the middle. Also the storage bag had a small tear in it that is now a larger tear after I tried the cover on the car and rolled up the cover to return it to the storage bag. The storage bag material is very very weak.

The first cover that was sent was too small, so I sent it back and I didn't hear anything from your company for 2 weeks. I sent 3 e-mails with NO response, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and with in a week the replacement cover was sent out and it fits. Your ad claims that you respond to any problems within 24-48 hrs. That's a LIE

Car cover arrived quickly and seems to be good quality. The freebie lock included was super flimsy.

Salesperson was helpful although I was unaware of the covers felt backing, you see as I explained to the salesperson this cover needed to fit a 2020 Porsche Speedster Convertible. The cover isn't a perfect fit (it's a bit sloppy) and the white backing sticks to the convertible top causing serious lint issue after the cover is removed.
