I must admit, I am tech challenged. The fact I could complete my order with little difficulty is somewhat amazing.
Ordered my cover back in august...never heard anything...finally called them...got the run around...it was very confusing phone call...not sure if they were cancelling my order or if it would come they had no idea when it would be shipped...finally got it in 2nd week of October...terrible service and terrible communication.

Was easy enough to find the right cover for my boat
Website is easy to work with; however, the entire customer experience was terrible. The customer service team is not helpful at all - as they do not have updates, they must send emails requesting updates - delaying the shipment. My order was on backorder multiple times. I was NEVER notified of the back order, unless I followed up. I followed up weekly. The fact that your customer service team members are not able to provide any updates is ridiculous. Having to respond and follow up via email is terrible customer service. The virtual chat is worthless, as he told me that my order had shipped and to call back in 2 days for a tracking #. I called back 2 days later only to discover my order was on back order. One of my products doesn't fit properly, as it is too small, the other is too big. I would not recommend Seal Skin Covers to anyone.

The first cover you sent me did not fit, you said you would make it right you sent me a second cover for my car, it doesn't fit. That's the second time I got a hold of customer service nothing happened you do not have a cover to fit a Dodge Challenger. Would not recommend these covers to anybody worst experience I've ever had. Poor customer service, not a reputable company.
Locating the car cover was easy and the package seems like a great value. I cannot wait to receive the cover to and review the quality of the product. Hoping for the best!

Monica: it will, however in order for our support team To see that there has been a problem with your order We need to create a ticket That would just let them know that you haven't yet received your order I will mark it on urgent, so that they will get back to you within 24 business hours Me: UPS says you haven't shipped it yet Wouldn't it be easier to just ship the product?
