I ordered a cover for a 2009 sea doo gtx ltd is and the cover does not fit. I phoned sealskin and the rep told me that since it was a fit issue i must send an email which i did and i am still waiting for a response.

I am an avid car guy. Being one means you use car covers. I have tried many different car covers from many different brands in the past. I finally stepped up my game for my BMW and bought the top-of-the-line Seal Skin car cover!
I am very pleased with the fit, The thickness and waterproof of the cover itself. The way the strap is right down the center and the gusting around the strap feels very sturdy. I love the color being blue because I usually go with gray and so far so good with the top-of-the-line Seal Skin car cover.

I ordered a 22' boat cover and understood that the company policy was that no exchanges or returns would be permitted for an international shipment. I received a 24' boat cover which very clearly is of no use to me whatsoever. I requested that I be permitted to return the 24' boat cover and be reimbursed for the original cost. I was willing to eat the custom/duty charge; but they would not accept the return and refused to acknowledge their mistake even though the packing box clearly shows the code for a 24' boat cover. It's a great business model if you can get more fools like me to buy into it. Stay clear of this company if you are a domestic or international purchaser. Customer satisfaction is an UNKNOWN enigma in their vocabulary. It's unfortunate that I had to give a 1 star rating to get my review posted.
They sent the wrong size cover and then refuse to accept a return because they fall back on their no return policy for international orders. They got to keep my money but hopefully someone reading this will be fortunate enough to hold on to their money to be able to spend it elsewhere!
So far I've used it for a few and its worked very well. Love the straps that keep it in place.

I ordered a cover for my 16' boat. They sent me a cover that was 20' long. I asked for an exchange which they did, and it was also 20' long. They told me the next size was 18' long. I have a 16' boat, what am I supposed to do with the extra 2 feet? Proceeded to tell me if I wanted a refund that it would be a charge of 18%. It's not my problem they can't send me a cover for my 16' boat.

I have only had the SK cover on my boat for a short time. We had a very ugly wind, dust and rain storm last night and the cover kept the boat both clean and dry. Very pleased with it so far.

Will you please check what you sent me because I do not have a good fit on my 1978 Ford F-250 custom 8-ft box I've tried it both ways and for n being they are not marked front and back very disappointing but do not have a good fit check order please
