If you live in Canada And they send u the cover they say fits and it doesn't no exchange for Canadians. They consider canada as overseas and will not exchange or warrenty anything they guaranteed me on ph thst there cover woukd fit my 2007 electra glide classic full dress with the trunk on this is what they sent me in the pik and it's not even close
Update 2022/03/23: We attempted to connect with the company using their online chat. This proved to be more successful than the emails. They said that USPS never picked up the order and apologized. They have since refunded our money. I've amended the review accordingly.
I placed an order on November 16th 2021. My money was collected and within two days I got an email saying "your order is on the way", including a tracking number. On looking at the tracking number for USPS it said: "Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item". It has been saying that ever since and as of March 23,4 months later I have no further information about this product. After about 3 months of waiting, I asked support for an update, I got an apology saying that due to Covid my order might be delayed by up to a week - probably an automated response? - to which I responded pointing out that it had been 3 months. No response to that but on March 17th when I asked to cancel my order, I got a response on March 23rd apologizing that I had not received my tracking number yet (that is the only thing I've ever got from this company) and that they were following up with their warehouse. I've asked again to cancel my order and I've now ordered the cover from CarCovers.com who have already shipped my package which I can track via UPS as being on the way.
The fitment was so loose a gust of wind would come and blow it off. Didn't cover the whole car and not water proof.

Cover dont fit that they daid would now cant even exchange because its past 30 day. Well you sold me a cover that you said fits my truck and it dont. Worst customer service ever too when you call. Must be no one in charge in there
The online description sounded good, and it was inexpensive. Turned out to be a one size fits all cover of mediocre quality. Instructions said to install front to back, but there are no markings to indicate (as have others I've bought), so you have to guess. But, it seems like it fits the same either way, since it fits so poorly. Shame on me for buying cheap, and shame of them for such a poor quality top. I would return, except for their 20 percent restocking fee if you do so. Never again!
If I could give this company less than one star I would.
The cover never fit right from day 1. There had to be a hole placed in the cover BY ME so that the antenna could be accommodated. They had a small "patch" included supposedly to keep the hole from ripping open. Didn't work.
After being on the car for about 3-4 months the cover allowed moisture to build up and soak areas of the cover, which PERMANENTLY faded the perfect paint directly underneath the leaks.
I have tried numerous times to get the company to reply to my request for help. They ignore past customers so they can continue to prey on new ones. I should have known not to trust a cover made in China. Lesson learned. I am happy to provide photos if anyone wants to see the evidence.

When I first bought my cover and read their policy I thought, what could go wrong? Policy sounds reasonable enough. I should know within 30 days if the cover doesn't work. Not so fast…
After a few months, there was a substance oozing and dripping out of the seems of the cover. I took a ton of pictures of the cover and the brown substance and also of the drip marks and crust that was left on my car. I had just gotten my car painted before I covered it. Seal Skin tried to tell me that I covered my car too soon after I had it painted. My painter and another independent painter said that was simply not true. This substance even dripped onto my convertible top. So I was able to get a replacement. Didn't want to but I thought I would give them a second chance. Even though I had to pay $200 for a detail to get the substance off my car. The detailer said it was not easy. I was leery about using the same company but I knew I wasn't getting my money back. I paid the $35, which I felt I shouldn't have, and got the replacement cover. I brought my car home from having it detailed and proceeded to cover it. The cover was too small! I never got a reply back after contacting the company so I filed a claim with my credit card company. After months, I was refunded the $35 but not the cost of the cover. I have a brand new cover that I cannot use and I refuse to give them a 3rd chance. I have contacted Seal Skin and I have gotten the same reply…it's past the 30 days of the original purchase. There is nothing I can do except warn prospective buyers to stay away! This company is terrible!
Well it's been 2 months and after multiple emails and multiple so called tickets you have to put on. That you never hear anything from. I have called the twice andi still don't have my motor cover I've tried to exchange. And they tell me they have to talk to their team to see what they can do. As of today I haven't heard any response from them. I will update you if I ever get my motor cover or my money back. Without a fight I don't see either happening because they have to approve what you get from them and they won't answer you unless they think they are right. And in this case they are not.
Well I started trying to exchange my boat motor cover on Dec 2 took them 3 days to ask for a reshipping fee and 10days to send me a return label. Sent it back it took 2 days for them to get it at their warehouse vis ups tracking. I didn't even get a shipped email until the 23rd. It's Dec 27th and I still don't have my motor cover yet. I'm not a happy camper. The boat cover did fit. But it was a pain it strap on around the boat. If I ever get my boat cover I'll never order anything else from them. They will not respond to your emails. The 24 to 48 hour response is a joke. And it takes about 6 to 8 weeks to get and exchange. If they had change the color when I ask them too it might not have been such a problem. But that was too easy for them to do. They had to make it hard and cost you more money. Stay far away from this company.
So they are slow getting back to you about an exchange. For some odd reason they have to approve you purchase and exchange. The exchange is really not free cause you have to send the money for reshipping. You can not change your order when you see it's wrong. They take forever to to get back with you so they have already processed before the answer you. Not sure about how the covers fit cause they are gifts and haven't got to the person yet.
I bought the cover using the Seal Skin Website and selected the cover that was supposed to fit my vehicles make, model, etc. I made the mistake of not try the fit of the cover within the 30 period. I put it on I found that it was not labeled "front and back", did not fit the vehicle at all. It didn't matter which way we tried the length was way too long, the sides did not go halfway down the car.
I contacted Seal Skin via their ZENDESK, the response time is up to 48 hours. They stated that they would not work with me because I had waited too long to register an issue.
The bottom line is I am stuck with a defective product that does not come close to fitting.
I read articles that said Sealskin is the best, thats bs, they are total junk dont waste your money. My first truck cover started falling apart within 6 months, they agreed to replace it for 35.00. The replacement started falling apart within 6 months and both were just shreds in a year. They only give you one warranty replacement cover for a 10 year warranty. And they are made in China, not the USA. The third pic is a number to let them know that your cover has been replaced before and they will not replace it again. I live in Tampa, Fl and these covers cant take the weather!
Ordered a car cover to go on my new Jag. Within 1 minute of purchase called company left a message to cancel... realized I ordered wrong size. Emailed customer service through website within 30 seconds of that. This was a Saturday. By Monday, called them to MAKE SURE THEY DIDN'T SHIP THIS ITEM. Sales person assured me even if it shipped to refuse it via UPS and they once they receive, would not charge a restocking. UPS would not take it. Had to get a refund label from the company. Emailed about 6 times explaining what happened and that I would be ordering the correct size. NEVER EVEN OPENED THIS PACKAGE. COMPANY STILL TOOK THIS RESTOCKING FEE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE PLENTTTTTYYY OF TIME TO CANCEL. WHEN I CALLED MONDAY, I HADN'T EVEN RECEIVED A SHIPMENT NOTICE UNTIL THURSDAY OF THAT WEEK AND THE SALES PERSON SAW MY EMAILED MESSAGE. CROOKS. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. BS! So many reviews about how crooked this company is.
My cover was supposed to be sent 12/15. Never came. I've called, sent messages to customer service, nothing. When they do answer all I get is I'll send this to my shipping dept. I see they've supposedly gotten a lot of reviews, but I'm feeling like they're a scam. I asked to cancel my order and get my money back. Didn't get that either.
When I ordered, I entered the make and model of my car. The cover was so big it would have covered 2 of my cars. It took 3 days to get ahold of customer service. It had now been several emails and a over a week and I have yet to see my refund minus the 20% restocking fee. They say 100% satisfactory garunteed and thats bull$#*!. Im not happy and they have agreed to refund 80% of my money for they wrong size cover they sent me. This is a scam
I ordered a car cover for an antique car which on their website they claimed to have custom-created covers for the make/model. When I received the cover, it was way smaller than what was needed. I complied with their return/exchange policy by asking for an exchange within 30 days of the original transaction. They sent me a new cover which again was too small for the car. Unfortunately, by the time I received and tried the second cover, it was now past 30 days since the original purchase date and on that basis the company has refused to send me a car cover that fits, return my money or do something that attempts to fix the problem. I have tried multiple times to call and email for service and they are just ignoring me. I've filed complaints with BBB and disputed the charge on my credit card. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and a victim of unfair business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Fit is nothing like described. When you go to return the product once you discover this they will hit you with a 20% restocking fee. Furthermore they try to delete any negative reviews. AVOID this company!
Seal Skin states a "100 percent fit guarantee" received my cover and it does not fit. Not even close a couple feet short at best. I report this to Seal Skin and there reply is " that is the only cover available and my only option is to return it and play a 2 percent restocking fee… what a poor company to chose for this purchase. I wished I would have went through Amazon at least they would refund this sub standard product
It's not the best fitment to be quite honest and to to attach the car cover strap underneath is ridiculous. They give you a metal cable with no buckles or anything to attach it to the car cover itself. It's completely ridiculous. Besides that the cable they give is just a little over halfway long enough to reach from one side of the car under carriage to the other. So you tell me what the problem is here? I would not recommend this product and I would never buy it again. The first gust of wind and this thing is history. Also, it only goes about 3/4 of the way down the body of your vehicle. I suggest if you want to try your luck order a size larger than the website recommends. Tell me how you're supposed to attach this cable with loops into the car cover, smh...

It is interesting that this company has such a high review score on this site and a ridiculously low scores elsewhere?
I ordered a cover for my boat based on thousands of wonderful reviews on their site.
Their sales pitch, sounded to good to be true, so after ordering I went to other independent review sites. Every one had extremely poor in depth reviews about the company. Cover didn't fit was the main review. Not fit poorly, did t fit at all. Every review sited poor customer service and difficulty getting satisfaction or returning the item.
This was in almost every review. Not one good review.
I tried to cancel my order immediately but when I finally got hold of customer service they told me it was already in process and I couldn't.
They also told me the cover would arrive in 7 - 10 days……. Well 2 months later, no cover and no explanation……. I had to shrink wrap the boat.

Sealskin covers is a horrible company, just search Google maps to see real reviews. Did not send my complete order and the items they did send are incorrect. Customer service is non-existent. I have put in several "tickets" to have my order corrected and all I receive is a response stating they will credit me a 5% refund if I keep the wrong items. Never mentioned the missing items.
