First received the wrong size. Great support. Had to ship it back. Second cover received was the same size as the first, wrong size again! Great support again received. Shipped the second one back. The THIRD COVER shipped was the correct size. Alan in support was great to work with. Bottom line it is a good cover.

Ordered 2 covers on Memorial Day 2023, the Mustang cover fits fine but the Ram cover does not fit, doesn't cover the whole side of the truck. Sent photos to seal skin and was told by Lisa that it's a semi custom cover and that a custom cover would be $900.00 or more.
No pockets for the mirrors, this is supposed to cause tension... there is plenty of tension due to no pockets.
Since the cover doesn't fit I would have to put cloth behind the straps to keep it from rubbing on the paint below the doors.
The website plainly says that these ARE custom covers and are vehicle specific, according to Lisa this is not true, and I honestly don't think they care... all I wanted was a cover that fit my truck.
I wouldn't recommend seal skin to anyone, they did offer a 15% refund, haven't seen that either.

The cover for my Miata came in under a week, plus a dashboard reflector for my van. Both fit great and of good quality material and construction. After a few months outdoors, still seems like new. I have been using various covers since the 1970s, always with the ears for mirrors, which Sealskin does not recommend. They are right! How nice to not have them. I got the basic sun shield, low cost, easy on and off, folds small, car breathes. Not sure I would go back to a heavier cover. In any case, great customer experience.

The first cover they sent was too small for a gigantic car (68 Buick Electra 225 conv), but I needed to use it as best I could because the convertible top on the car has problems right now. I contacted Seal Skin and after some back-n-forth sending pics and so forth they offered to send another cover for 1/2 the price that I originally paid for the 1st, which was at a significant discount / sale in the first place, and I could send the first one back in good shape for a refund of the 1/2 price. When the 2nd top eventually arrived it did fit [well enough, at least], however by then the 1st top was tree stained and not returnable (again, I had to use it in the interim to protect the car). So, my roommate has a boat in the yard that needed a cover, and while it wouldn't fit my car, the 1st cover fit his boat just fine (lol, when people call my Buick a boat I can say boats are smaller). I'll take the loss of 1/2 the sale price to cover up an eyesore, so fair enough all around I'll keep and use both covers; I didn't bother to send the 1st cover back for evaluation. In the end it's not whether you have problems, it's how you address them and Seal Skin did an acceptable job of making things right in my estimation. Just beware if you have a 55+ year old huge American odd-ball car, I don't think their Chinese partner's database has any idea what that is.

Having ordered the cover for jaguar I tried it on the car and the fit was awful,I've since submitted photos and have been informed that no refund will be forthcoming as the cover in there opinion is a good fit,be my guest and ask yourself is this truly the fit kind of fit you would want for a high end car

Charged me for 2 covers, would not admit their error even when presented with credit card receipts. Wouldn't issue refund. When I needed documentation to support dispute with CC company they decided to only call me.

Everything was great, from placing the order to receiving the delivery. Cover seems to be working as it should, I'll be getting more for my other cars.
